I'm fine," Addison said her voice shaking, "I just get so worked up sometimes because I don't like to hurt people in even the smallest ways. I guess its because of the night after my mothers death, my father was so distraught and I couldn't say a ward to comfort him. All these years I've thought it was my fault that he....that he left and never came back he...he was driving drunk, they say that he didn't feel a thing it happened so fast." She slowly started sob as she spoke.

I pulled her into a hug. "It's OK.. At least were somewhat safe her.. If I had a choice to come her or go home I would stay here.." I say a few tears escaping.

"I know." Addison said, wiping tears from her eyes, "The last few months of my mothers life were horrible, my father couldn't stand to look at me because I look so much like my mother, life with just him would be worse than being here."
