She swallowed thickly, slightly nervous and unable to not let it show. She was face to face with a psychopath; one of the most dangerous creatures on the planet. Blinking slowly, she straightened her spine and waited to see what his next was going to be. Tense, on edge and scared. Aphrodite knew she could have just made a horrible mistake.

Quickly, I reached out, putting my hand tight around your neck and pushing you back against the wall. I stared into your eyes, a twisted and psychotic smile across my face, pulling at the cuts of my face and making them bleed once again.

Her heart began to pound as the realisation of what was happening was beginning to sink in. She stumbled backwards as the hand clamped like a vice around her throat, instantly cutting off her breathing. Becoming dizzy she stared into the eyes of the killer. In those few life long seconds she didn't see a born killer, the in mate suddenly didn't strike her as being mentally insane.

✞I kept my hands there for a little while longer, longer enough to do some damage, but not long enough to kill. I pulled my hands away, still staring at you. As the pressure was removed form her windpipe, a fit of coughs overtook her as she tried to regain her breathing. Her shoulders slouched over slightly and small beads of crimson coloured blood began to trickle down her neck like raindrops of a spiders web. The shoulders and neck of her one pristine white lab coat were now decorated with paint splats of blood. Her eyes travelled to her attacker, holding his gaze she leant back against the wall, her breathing heavy and uncontrolled. Never once did her gaze leave his.
