Bryce held Renee's hand still as he crouched beside her. He started excitedly tapping his foot as the doctor came in and conducted the ultrasound.

Candice covered her red cheeks and giggled lightly. She figured her kind of awkward silence would speak for itself. She kept her lean on Evan.

Evan blushed."yes mama." He said glancing at Candice. Lainey smiled and Ryan did too."yay!!" She said as she took a step towards then.

Renee laughed and looked at the doctor. "Would you like to find out the gender?" The doctors asked. Renee nodded."well..it's a boy!" Said the doctor before leaving the room. Renee smiled. Wow a son! She was really happy. She gently kissed Brent's forehead,

Bryce smiled big and kissed Renee's lips. He was pretty happy. He ran his hand over Renee's hair lovingly. "It's a boy..wow." He said happily, still surprised.

Candice giggled again at Lainey's reaction. She wondered what the big deal was. Evan probably has brought home tons of other girls. She looked at Evan and saw he was kind of red. That was pretty cute.

Renee smiled." Yeah...boy am I in trouble. He is going to be just like you. " she said lightly. She stood up and wrapped her arms around Bryce.

Lainey smiled." Aww...Evan's first girlfriend. Too cute," she said. She took and picture before leaving with Ryan to go to work. Evan glanced to the ground. His mom was so embarrassing. He had never had a girlfriend because well he had always like Candice but never had the courage to talk to her,

Bryce laughed and tickled Renee's side lightly. "Let's hope he isn't..." Bryce commented.

Candice's smile kind of faded as she heard what Lainey said. She looked at Evan, still blushing. She leaned on him and kissed his cheek. She waited for him to look her in the eye.

Evan brought his eyes up to her gaze." Sorry about them..." He said gently. He kissed her forehead and smiled lightly.

Renee gave him a confused look." Why not babe? Are there things you are keeping from me ?" She asked as she looked into his eyes.

Bryce gave Tenee a confused look. "What?" He asked. He didn't really know how that was relevant.

Candice giggled at his apology. "Well I'm sorry, it looked like you got kind of embarrassed there...am I really your first girlfriend?" She asked sweetly, biting her lip. She hoped that would be a yes for some reason.

Renee sighed."you said hoped he wasn't like you. So I was wondering why that is?" She said softly.

Evan nodded."yes you are Candice. I'm not one of those typical player athletes. I have liked you since I moved here. However, I never knew how to approach you until yesterday." He said,

Candice slid her hand up Evan's shoulder and kissed his cheek. "That's really sweet." She told him. She bit her lip and look down again. She really wanted to say she loved him, it felt like she did. But she didn't want them to move too fast.

Renee sighed."you are my husband you should be able to tell me these things ok?" She said before storming out to the car. She put her face in her hands and started to cry. Her mood swings had gotten worse and she felt bad for snapping at him.

"Thanks love. So um...you wanna go to your sisters or no?" Asked Evan as he held her close to him. He kissed her cheek and smiled.
