p e r s o n a l i t y ; alia is a very quiet girl. although she's been cheering at this gym for her whole life, she often focuses on the work less than her social life there. she is extremely competitive and that can get to her head. although she is a bit intimidating because of her reputation, she's actually very sweet. alia absolutely hates newcomers, because she is afraid they'll reck the bond between her and her team members. though she'll eventually warm up to them.

h i s t o r y ; she has been cheering ever since she was four, at this very gym she's at now. she has a close relationship with the couches. she was born and raised in this town and so far is staying like this.

l o o k s ; she has long, blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. she has a very fit and flexible body and fair, clear skin.

Izzy noticed he was in the middle of his push-ups and just resumed planking for another thirty seconds before dropping to the mats and doing her own pushups next to him. She would have asked him when practice started, or even where the coach was, but he seemed busy and so she decided to wait and just get her warmup out of the way.

Brock Collin - Base
Brock did 'fifty' push-ups and sat up, rubbing his arm. He ran his fingers through his hair and glanced at the girl. "Whats your name?" he asked casually. He didnt really know any of the girl's names.

The gym was packed today!
I walked in, my bag over my shoulder as a few little 6 year olds that were leaving practice came and hugged me. Aw. I loved little kids.
I sighed. We were getting new people today, and I mean LOTS of new people. It really irritated me how people could butt in and ruin friendships and loyalty on the squad. It was extremely annoying, so I tend to stay out of the newbies lives until they can prove themselves. Besides, I have sort of a reputation in the cheer world...people can see me as intimidating, which to me is quite flattering.
I set my bag down. I've been at this gym everyday for two weeks straight, it got tiring. I went to my usual corner, and started to stretch out my splits, they were right down to the ground, I could go further if I wanted to. That's another I got sort of worried about with newbies...flexibility.
Though there were cute guys here today, I wasn't going to let that get in the way of practise.

As she finished, she sat back, raising up her hand. "Em, can I go set up?" she asked, when the girl gave her permission, she stood up. Walking onto the mat, she began taking out cones, and duck tape, marking the positions.

He shyly raised his hand. "M'name is Liam, I'm 18, I'm originally from Manchester, but we moved to Maryland. I cheered for the Twisters F5, and I am fluent in four different languages." he spoke softly. His british accent thick from shyness. He ran a hand though his hair, smiling weakly. He looked at the others as they began to leave.

She grinned at each person, energetic as always. She did frown however when they began to move without asking. She sighed, nodding at Bella, waiting for everyone else to finish introducing themselves. She checked her watch, "Okay, we have to get started. For those who didn't get to go, you can introduce themselves later!" she chirped, a grin on her face. "So keep stretching for now, and in about 3 minuets we'll get started. Anyone wanna lead stretching?" she asked[i]

Izzy looked over at him "Right. Forgot to introduce myself." She stretched out again, pulling herself into a split and holding her toes with ease "Isabelle. Izzy for short. Bella is a rare one," She explained and looked at him "And you?" She asked. She was new and had absolutely no idea who anyone was but she was hoping to make some acquaintance at the least so she wasn't alone. The dark haired tumbler noticed people slowly coming in, but kept stretching, not letting gazes get to her. It was cheer, not social hour; she could get to know everyone later. Right now, she wanted to maybe get to know this one guy a tad, survive through her first practice, get to work, and live to tell the tale.

Alfonso awoke out of a dead sleep to the sound of his crowing alarm clock. He sat up and stretched his arms, plopping them back down in his lap, yawning. He looked over to look at his clock. He was late for cheer practice. He grabbed his clothes, slipped them on, brushed his teeth, slipped on his shoes, and made his way to the gym. Once he flew through the doors, he was buttoning his shirt up and combing his hair all at once. Though, he did make a scene coming in because the doors to the gym hit the wall, making a loud booming sound. He was ready to get started. He was a base, so he would have to practice with the other base or the flyer.

Brock nodded slightly, mentally cringing as she did the splits. He definitely couldnt do that. "Oh, Im Brock.." he replied as he laid on his back and did some sit-ups.

As the coach waved at the younger kids, as they left "Bye! Bye Lizzy! See you next time Mikey!" she chirped, bubbly as always. She grinned, as she watched more of the older girls and boys walk in. Clasping her hands together, the girl bounced into the middle of the floor. "Okay! Hi everyone! My name is Emily! You probably already have met me or worked with me before! Anyway, I'm one of the coaches for our Varsity team, which is you guys, and I also coach the younger ones. Which you will help with as well! Anyway! I know we all must be excited to start, but besides stretching and being able to cheer, there is a main thing that has to happen - Teamwork! Cheer has to have teamwork! And remember: there is no 'I' in team! So lets go around and introduce ourselves! Say your name, age, where your from, for the girls who have cheered here for a while, how long you've cheered here, your position on the team, and a cool fact about you! I'll start. I'm Emily Harries, I just turned 29 years old! I'm originally from Ontario, Canada but I moved to Georgia when I was 6! I've been cheering for Devil Rays since I was 7, so a while. I'm a coach, but I used to be a Flyer! Fun fact about me…I flew a plane once!" she said with a huge grin, "Who's next?"

Alex followed her to the circle at a hoppy walk, waiting for Lauren to follow and sat down and followed up her coach's introduction by waving "I'm Alex, I'm seventeen. I've cheered here for I think two months as a backspot. Um, I'm originally from New Hampshire, I cheered in Canada for a while, and I am the only cheerleader I have ever heard of that drives a big black truck. I'm sure some of you saw it." She winked and smiled, looking around the circle to find who would go next.
