Mathew heard the sound of someone approaching him from behind. The crunch of the leaves underneath their feet is what grabbed his attention. But he didn't turn away form throwing rocks repeatedly into the water. He only got a glimpse of the person when they sat down at the edge of the creek. But he could only see their back, and he could tell it was a girl. By the bright red hair that was a bit to long for a boy. He looked away form her as soon as he had looked at her, and threw another rock muttering things under his breath. Thing like, 'I hate my father,' 'I wish I could take my brother and sister and leave.' Before sighing when he ran out of rocks. He sat down and put his head in his hands remembering all the times his father had acted out on him when his mother left them. And how hard he tried to protect his brother and sister, often leaving them with the neighbor so they didn't get hurt/

Tyler glanced at the boy, carefully. She bit her lip, and just kept starring at him for no reason. He was a little cute, but she would probably never date him, no one liked her. A small sigh left her as she looked back down at her lap. He was probably thinking something, he looked to be having great turmoil. Tyler didn't really think of anything, she sometimes would think like a Proton, and then the next like an Electron. It all depended on her mood. But, right now, she felt lonely and weird to be around someone.

I laughed. "True. " I wonder why I didn't talk to her in high school. "Anything hmm. " Well really I didn't know what to ask her. "How much selfies do you take a day?" Yah Jake she would love to ask that question.

I gave another small brief smile. " I would say below average, I don;t really have joy looking at myself " once again I got to serious, " and what about you? ' I take a small bite of my pastry.

"Every freakin second. Oh and that reminds me," I took out my phone," CHEESE. " I smiled and took a Selfie. Yah selfies are kinda my thang. I laughed at my own joke inside of my head. Heheh.
