Jinx blinked gratefully and took the cigarette. "Thanks.." she mumbled as she held it over his lighter before putting it between her lips. She took a breath before blowing the smoke out and sighing.

"Anytime," he muttered as he leaned back on his arms and blew a bunch of smoke between his parted lips. He closed his eyes as he sat there the cigarette dangling from his lips. He slipped his lighter and box of cigarettes back into his pocket after she was done, and opened one eye looking at her.

Xavier Kaii Chambers;

After taking the money from Brooklyn's hand, Xavier turned an jogged out towards the house. Slowing down, he was trying to work out where he needed to meet his friend so he could head off to the party. As Xavier scrolled through his phone, a figure caught his eyes. Lifting his head, he noticed a girl walk out of the house with a skate board. He bit his lip, wondering who she was. Placing his phone back into his pokect, along with the money, Xavier started jogging again. He was fairly active, and jogging was no problem for him.

Brooklyn May Chambers;

Brooklyn soon had her bike back into good condition. She grinned, happy to have her baby back up and working. Putting away to tools, Brooklyn soon grabbed her hat and set it on her head backwards. Sitting on her bike, she started to pedal, giving it a test. There was nothing else for Brooke to do, so she decided to go for a little cruise around, hoping there was something like a skate park around here.

Jordan looked down at the skate board then at the key chain and charm she had. She stepped off the skate board after a bit and laid down on it in the sun. It's not like she had anything better to do. Besides listen to her music and board. But even that didn't satisfy her boredom. Biting her lip she crossed her arms over her chest. Movement catching her attention out of the corner of her eye. She turned her head slightly noticing a boy, but she only looked at him long enough to notice he was even there. Before looking back up at the sky. Licking her lip she ran her tongue along her spider bites and sighed. She placed her hand on her stomach as she laid there music blasting threw her head phones. After a bit her eyes drifted shut, and she just laid there with the sun beating down on her and her music distracting her mind.

Xavier's jog soon came to a stop when he noticed the girl again. Tilting his head, he took semi-deep breaths to calm his body down. He slowly walked towards her, needing to pass her to go to where he was determined to go. Placing a hand on his head, he re-adjusted his hat before putting both hands on his hips. Xavier soon smirked to himself, wanting to talk to this girl. Being a huge flirt, and a guy that likes to use girls, he couldn't help himself. Walking over to her, he looked down at her and bit his lip, acting innocent. He then sighed and he heard her music through her ear phones and shook his head. "You'll make yourself death." He said, loud enough for her to just hear him.

Jordan's eyes flew open at the sound of another voice and she jumped in fight. She tore her head phones out of her ears and rested a hand on her frantically beating heart. She took a deep breath trying to calm it down before she looked up, her eyes landing on the boy she had noticed before. Once she had calmed down slightly, she sat up on the board and shrugged. She didn't really have a reply to that, so instead she just decided to busy herself with turning her music off. and slipping her Ipod into her pocket. She stood up and brought the board up with her. Running a hand threw her black hair she looked up from the grass, her grey eyes meeting his gaze. "I don't care," she finally said. She looked him up and down. He looked like one of the typical guys from her old school. Major player, and thinks he's so bad. She never really interacted with that type of guy. Mainly because they ignore her. Deciding she'd be to much of a challenge. It takes a lot to break down her walls, that's why most guys just give up and leave her alone. Though most guys say they like a challenge. None ever actually go for the challenge to be the first guy to ever break down her walls.

Xavier chuckled at he fright. He looked down at his shoes with half a smile before looking back at her. His eyes x-rayed her body, like any guy would do to any girl. Rising his right eye brow, Xavier knew she was a tough girl by her attitude. "You don't care?" He questioned her, folding his arms across his stomach before sighing. "Well, that would be a shame. Then guys like myself wouldn't be able to compliment you because you wouldn't be able to hear them." Xavier shook his head before standing straight. "Why are you out here alone anyway? A pretty girl like you shouldn't be alone like this."

Jordan cocked her hip slightly as she rose an eye brow at him. He wasn't being very discreet about checking her out. She scoffed slightly at his comment. "Thats quite okay with me, because I'd rather not be played by guys like you." she said as she patted his cheek lightly. "I mean then again who would, guys like you lie, cheat, and can't even face a challenge. It's sad really," she said with a fake frown. She doesn't know where her sudden boldness came from but she enjoyed it. She leaned forward so she could whisper in his ear, "Unless your different and can accept a challenge." She leaned back winking at him before turning, and walking in the direction she remembered she had seen a town. She was kind of hungry. Turning around she looked at him to answer his question. "I'm a big girl and I can take care of myself, but feel free to accompany me if you feel different." she said walking backwards. She wanted to say something else but refrained herself from doing so. She turned around and continued towards the town.

From the moment she started talking, Xavier became gob-smacked. He froze, unsure on what to say. She had an attitude he liked, and she basically gave him a taste of his own medicine. Swallowing, he rose his hand to speak, but nothing came out of his speechless mouth. Xavier didn't even move when she started to walk off. He had to give it a few seconds before he realised what just happened. Shaking his head, he turned around and watched her walk backwards. "Wait!" He called, jogging after her. "I'll accept your challenge. I'm different." Lie. Xavier lied straight up, but he never backed down a fight or challenge. "And I believe it would be much better if I accompany you to wherever you are going." Biting his lip, he rubbed the back of his neck and watched her. His New Zealand accent was quiet strong when he spoke.
