Cody sighed and started walking again, ''Shouldn't we head by to the apartments to change, or are we just going to go in clothes?" she asked.

"Um your right" he said. "The apartments are on the way to the pool." He pointed to the building across the street "let's go" he said, going across the street. He held the door open for Cody "hey, listen, I'm sorry again" he looked down.

Cody nodded ''Its fine...'' was all she said. she walked in and glanced around, she went up some stairs and said ''I will met you at the door, in a sec ok?" she said and grabbed her keys again.

"Ok" nick said, nodding 'your so stupid' he thought to himself 'why did you tell her?' He took off his shirt and waited to go to the pool

Cody ran up into her apartment and changed, she threw a shirt on over and some shorts and walked out and went up to him ''Ready?" she asked and still had her jacket on.

"Yeah" he said, walking near the pool. His tattoo of a snake was showing on his back, but he didn't care.

Cody grinned as she walked behind him ''Cool'' she smiled.

Nick looked back, to see if she was still there. The second he got near the pool, he dived into the water. He came up quickly "I wish I would have known that wasn't the deep end" he said, laughing

Cody grinned ''Are you ok?" she asked and sat by the water, she sighed and put her legs in.

He laughed again "yeah" he said, grinning
