It had only been a few days and Harley had already found a way to get up onto the roof. She was alone and that was how she liked it. She was able to sketch in peace and not be bothered by other people. She loved being on roofs. It was quiet and peaceful. No distractions, just quiet.

Conner sat in a cozy chair close to the center of the main room. He was amazed at how many people had already found this place, it was hard for him to even explain where he wanted to go. This place was so relaxing, no people, no cars, no cites. It had birds and trees and leaves! That was more than he ever saw from where he came from. A place like this is a nice break from the hustle of a big city.

It looked like she had it under control, so I stood to the side and instead introduced

I was slightly startled by the sound of knocks. That's the thing about this place, you never
know who or when people will show up. I quickly uncrossed my legs, hopped up, and made my way
to the front door. I fix my hair a bit and put a welcoming smile on my face before turning the knob
and pulling it open. What I found in front of me was - not one - but three teenagers, bags and
all staring back at me. "Hello there! Let me guess... need a place to stay?" I said jokingly. I obviously
knew why they were here. "My name's Dani." I told them, stepping to the side and gesturing
for them to enter.

Terra nodded gratefully. Pulling Nyx into the room with her, she nodded for him to stand a little to the side. He did so quickly, almost disappearing behind Terra at the sight of a big group of people near him. "This is the place, huh?" She looked around quickly. "Thanks. My name's Terra, this is Nyx, but I doubt you'll get him to talk to you because he's...well, we'll just say very shy. Hope you don't mind the animals, by the way," she laughed, gesturing to the animals that were all gathered in a little circle around Nyx, who was now standing even further away from the people in the room, slightly rigid. "Nyx, come on! Introduce yourself! It's the polite thing to do," she added for his benefit. Slowly, the older boy moved forward, nervous and a little worried he'd do something wrong, and held out his hand for Dani to shake. "My name's Nyx..." he said softly. Terra made a hand gesture at him. "It's...nice to meet you." He looked back at Terra for reassurance, and she gave him a tiny nod. "When you're done introducing yourself, would you go find us an empty room to stay in? I have a feeling there are some somewhere, there can't be that many people here." Terra smiled at Nyx. A little worried, he pulled back his hand, instead holding his fingers out in a fan. From behind him, Terra made another signal, showing Dani that she needed to hold her hand to his and let their fingers touch.
