Coral rounded the corner in her new stolen guard uniform. "Food." She said faking a male voice. She pushed two trays towards them. "Eat. You need stay strong." That was all she could manage without her accent. She tried desperately to not put her hands up to her ears. She had given them rice, soup, and strips of meat. She pushed two pillows and two blankets towards them. "For you." She said as she hurried back to her hiding place.
I know why
the caged bird sings.
A caged bird stands
on a grave of dreams,
his shadow shouts on
a night mares scream.
We think the caged bird sings,
when indeed, he cries.
The song of a bird,
can never be caged.
