[center][size=85][color=gray]A land, far future times from now, sweeps across the plains. It is made of two wholly different societies: The Rich, and The Poor. The rich cannot even imagine suffering, and their meals are larger than a poor mans house. The Rich's houses-mansions, to be exact, live on the top of a plateau. Their plateau is surrounded by tall- probably 80 feet- diamond walls. There is only one way to get out of this wall: A long, dirty, said to be haunted, tunnel through the plateau and to the worst of the Poor's land. Surrounding this plateau is woods-many woods. The Poor, though, do not long live this feast, as surrounding the plateau is a rushing river, so they have to catch the food before it falls.
There is one problem-the Rich cannot have unlimited food for forever. It is a secret for only the ones of the highest ranks to hear-yet they are so vain they cannot attempt to imagine their food running out. They continue to feast, and with the vain, happy people on one side, and the depressed, unknown people on the other, how can the world just run smoothly? How can there not be a child or two born with a curiosity, and a caring for the peoples in the woods? And what will happen if the Riches' food runs out? [/color][/size][/center][/quote]





[center][size=150][i]Now this world seems to be starting over. Things that should never happen are happening. Mostly what this story is about is depression, love, and survival. Not necessarily survival for the rich but for the poor. [/i][/size][/center]
