I laugh a little as his joke, my hand falling to my side. Maybe I was doing okay. "Thanks for complimenting my dress" I say kindly, then follow up on his joke. "Agreed, its more like a stand around and admire the room type of thing." I manage to say, althought some nervousness has rubbed off, I'm still not used to socializing. I don't actually know if I'll ever be good at it. I'm not good at many things in the first place.

Jongin walked into the dance hall, mask on his face. He looked around and it seemed like some people were finally starting to fill he place up. He walked over to the corner and looked around, not showing the excitement that was burrowed deep, his expressions covered by the mask.

Claire silently prayed that her heels didn't click too loudly as she walked across the marble floor. Although this was a chance to remove herself from her shell, she still didnt want to attract to much attention. She walked quickly towards towards a bench against the wall with red velvet cushions. Claire smoothed her dress under her as she sat down so as to not wrinkle it. The bench was incredibly comfortable and she found it comparable to a cloud. She busted herself by watching the others. They all looked rather nervous as well. A boy approached a girl with a an exciting dress and he introduced himself with a bow. How gentlemanly, she thought.
