Dakota looked at the girl and rolled her eyes, ''I checked it out today, but i dout you will ever see me there again, so i guess you could call me a runaway'' she huffed and saw they stopped.

Briar nodded finalizing her own thoughts, "Well then I need a place to take you or I need to be able to trust you. If I take you to my house and you steal something while I'm at school I'll be so screwed!" She said to Dakota in a harsh tone. She didn't want to sound mean but it was the truth and at a point like this Bri had to be blunt with this stranger.
