Jake smiled and held her close. "What time do you have to be home?"he asked softly.

She thought for a moment "Probably once it gets dark, that's normally the time I have to get in"

Jake nodded."ok. I will make sure I get you home by then so that you don't get in trouble."

Leana~

She nodded "Sounds good" She smiled sweetly and looked over at him

Jake laughed and nodded. "Yeah. I can't wait to meet your mom." He said sweetly as he wrapped his arms around her.

"She will probably be pretty happy to meet you to" She looked up at him and smiled at him before laying her head against his shoulder for a moment

(I'm probably going to be gone quite a bit tomorrow, long road trip ))

Jake nodded and smiled. "Yeah..I'm sure the whole thing will be a lot better than with my father. He wasn't completely sober so you know." He said.

She nodded "I know" She shrugged "My mom might be tired, but she should be fine, or at least she was this morning" She looked over at him

Jake nodded and held her close."I just hope she likes me. So if you don't mind me asking what happened to your father?"

She looked at the ground for a moment then back up at him "When I was 13, he was coming to pick me up from school.. He was hit by a drunk driver head on.." She looked back at the ground
