I woke with a huge headache and put a hand to my head. "Stupid hangover's, wish they never existed."

Charlotte knocked softly on Matthew's door before walking in. "I brought you some coffee," she told him quietly.

I remembered about Charlotte. "I'm so sorry Charlotte, I didn't mean to get drunk." I took the coffee.

"Its okay," Charlotte lied. He knew she hated it when he drank but she wasn't about to start a fight.

I put my coffee on my bedside table. I opened my arms for a hug and did my best impression of puppy eyes.
