Max walked up to order, she ordered a peppermint coffee and a mint, brownie cakepop. She smiled to herself, she loved coffe and cake, cake pops were the best. She payed for it and waited for the coffee to finish, grabbing a few sugar packets.

She tilted his head before looking out the window. it was snowing pretty hard out. He hoped that his little raptor was ok. She normally was. He just worried a lot. He turned back just as the girl got her order. He needed to get her attention. Quickly. He thought. Spill tea on her? no. That would be painful. He bit the inside of his cheek and stood up, leaving his food there then go p, approached and just stared. What now? Oh god...what now. His jaw clenched and quickly, he snatched her drink, backing p to the table he was sitting at and setting it on the other side. That had to be the most awkward thing he had ever done. His face flushed and he looked away, hoping that just maybe she'd come and sit since he stole her drink

Max spun around, seeing a hand grab her drink "Hey!" She said, narrowing her eyes, not in anger, but in confusion. She quickly walked up to the male haired boy "Um, i think you have my coffee." She said, putting a hand on her hip.

He looked up at her then reached out and grabbed her coffee, pulling it towards him. "You get it. If you sit down here with me..." He muttered, blinking innocently up at her. His cheeks flushed a deep red, showing his embarrassment. What a dumb way of getting her attention. But it worked. She was here talking to him. Even if she did seem a little ticked off.

Max rised an eyebrow, just shrugged "Alright then." She said and slit into the seat across from him, taking off her scarf.

Shane blinked in shock and watched her as she sat down. Really? That actually worked. He couldn't help but grin a bit. Maybe he actually was good with the ladies. He slid her coffee over to her gently, the red slowly leaving his cheeks. He looked at her. God, she was pretty. He swallowed a bit. "So. This is cheesy but..do you come here often..? My names Shane by the way. Sorry for stealing your coffee"

Max smirked and grabbed her coffee "Im Max. Yes that was very cheesy but, yeah i do." She said and took a sip of her coffee.

He watched her and swallowed again. His throat was dry. He sipped the tea gently, trying not to wince as the liquid burnt this tongue a bit. He ignored the pain, trying to be manly and took a small bite of his bagel. "Yeah..? So do I. It's nice to meet you max. Do you live here?" What a question. Of course she lived here. Why else would she ever stop in this damn town

Max smirked again "No im from the heavens and i come down to earth cause the angles coffee sucks. Of the course i live here, about three blocks away." She said, playing with her hair.
