"You don't know that!" Ni screamed. But when Falling Rain looked uncaring of her comment, she just rolled her eyes and walked away. When she was out of sight, she ran down by the ocean to watch the white men. Maybe she would speak to them...

Vicious glanced to Chaska but denied his offer. He id not feel much like socializing with him at the moment. He watched the commotion with Falling Rain and Ni with a seemingly cold distance to his eyes. He walked to the atepa where their prisoners were being held. "Go get something to eat and rest for a bit. I will take over for a while." He told Falling Rain as he sat against the wall of the hut next to Chadow, who took the man's entrance and a signal to lay down and rest as well.

Fritz returned with the horses a couple hours later and retied them before walking down the coast line. He saw a young girl of no more than fifteen sitting near the water. He smiled slightly as he stopped a feet from her. "You seem upset." He commented as he crouched down and looked out at the water. He wondered if she was related to the man who had cut loose their horses that morning. Most of his camp was still asleep and none were feeling particularly brave to venture out. So he did not worry much about them finding her here.

Ni gasped and looked behind her at the man speaking. He was White. She looked a little frightened. She held her breath, wondering what he was going to do to her. He seemed nice, but she couldn't know for sure... "I-uhm..." She trailed off.

Chaska nodded and let him be. He watched the argument but left it to their own dealings.

Travis did not seem to be bothered by the girl bumping into him. He took note of how she was promptly escorted out. He watched as the man from the night before returned to take over their watch. Still he wondered who he was to the people.

[Gambler]

Fritz raised his hands slightly. "Easy. I mean you no harm." He assured her. "My name is Fritz. What is yours?" he asked her simply. He was a bit darker than the other men in his camp. He had sandy brown hair and green eyes. He did not seem hostile or as if he were going to preach about their king like the other man had. He simply waited to see if she would reply.

"Fritz? That's an original name." She replied, smiling. "And my name is Ni." She looked back out to the water, still looking at him through the corner of her eye occasionally. She sighed. "And I'm not upset, really."

[Gambler]

Fritz smiled slightly. "It is nice to meet you." He told her as he sat in the sand and leaned back on his palms. "Well, if you are not 'really' upset. That still means that you are a bit." He said simply. He thought a moment. "It wouldn't have anything to do with two men that are missing from our camp now would it?" He asked simply. He had an idea that they might have steered up trouble.

Ni looked to her side at Fritz. "Are you accusing me of anything?" She asked defensively, knowing the answer. But she didn't let him reply. "...it is." She confessed. Tears blurred her vision. She didn't know how he was going to react to her admitting it. She feared the worst.

[Gambler]

Fritz sighed. "I was not accusing you. I know those boys and how easy it is for them to get into trouble." He told her simply. "One likes to talk too much and irritate even his own people while the other can come off as either too cautious or too assertive." He said simply. "I they have gotten into trouble it is their own fault." He said as he laid back in the sand. He didn't care much if they got into trouble.
