Adam nodded. "If you don't mind me asking.." He said. "Who are you living with now?"

" just myself." She said softly as she listened to his heart beat.

"Yourself?" He asked. "I.. well, I take care of my little sister, and she lives with me because my mom can't take care of her at times, and even herself. That's why she is staying with us now. But, what I'm saying is, don't you need something? A dog? Anything?" He asked.

Emily shrugged. " hmm . Probably. But I've been so busy and then I remember you were back soo." She said softly.

Adam shrugged. "Maybe that's just me. I hate being alone," He said.

Emily laughed. " I do to but I've been so depressed..it's just been crazy." She muttered user her breath.

"No one should be depressed," He said. "It's just so.. depressing to think about it!" He joked.

Emily laughed." That's what I must have missed most about you.... You always seem to make me feel better. Anyways how's your sister?" She said softly.

"Good, last time you saw her she was like 5, right?" He asked. "She's almost 12 now."
