Cassie smiled when she saw she got a text. She smiled to herself. "well when will that be?" Cassie texted back. Cassie heard some foot steps coming closer to her room. She stopped smilling and hid her phone. She jumped up and went to look out the window when she heard the door open. Her father looking furious. "now that your alone we need to talk." he said coming closer. Cassie flinched as he walked. He grabbed her arms and halted her up. His grip bruising her arms. He slapped her and she felt a tear run down her face. "I'm...I'm sorry, I won't do it again. Im sory please..." Cassie tried to plead with him to stop.

Hale texted her back with a goofy grin on his face. "How about tomorrow?" He sent the text and waited but as she never texted back, he started to get a bit worried. He picked up his phone and texted again. "You alright?" He waited but as he never heard back he started to call her.

Cassie screamed and was thrown against the wall. Her back hurt and she regained her breath while her father picked her back up. Cassie felt hands around her neck and her feet lift off the ground. She tried to breath but couldn't her father held her by the neck n his hands. He was yelling and cursing at her. Cassie's face got red as she took the few last breaths that she could. She felt her heart slow and she was dropped. She coughed as
Nd tried to regain her breath. She choked a little and her neck was bruised and already turning purple. Cassie watched her father punch a while in the wall and walk back to his room.

He spun around to see Summer gesturing to him, he fast walked over to her, trying to ignore the look Zachary was giving him. "Sorry it took me so long, I only just got a text ten minutes ago and I've kind of been...out of it." He mumbled. "Can I go in?" He asked her glancing nervously at the door.

Summer frowned at Zach, "Can't we talk about this later? When we aren't in public?," she asked him nicely. Even though the conversation they were having wasn't bad. She just wanted to make sure Eve was alright. "Yeah, just don't go asking a million questions.," she told Devin as she opened the door for him. In her mind she just wanted to save the conversation for later on when they went home with their baby boy. As she thought about the newborn she grinned softly and looked at the ground not saying much.

Hale hung the phone up and rushed out the door with his keys. He continued to call her all the way till he reached her place. "Cassie!" He knocked on the door but as he heard a scream, Hale kicked at the door, kicking it open on the third try. By the time he was in, he could see her father already leaving the room. He ignored the mans yells and threats as he rushed in to Cassie. "Cassie?" He wrapped his arms around her and picked her up. "Come on Cassie, I wont let you stay here with this." He said glaring at the man.


Zach watched Devin and moved to the side looking away as Devin entered the room where Eve was but he said nothing. He simply waited til he was inside before turning back, only to see Summer with a gently smile. He couldn't help but to smile with her and pull her in for a hug. "I love you." He whispered and kissed her head. "Soon we will be home and a family." He said happily.

Cassie was still choking. Her throat was throbbing and still turning purple and red. Her fathers hand marks were still pressed there. She felt someone pick her up. She was limp in the arms she was scared cause it might be her father. Cassie looked up and opened her eyes. She saw hale. She was happy but couldn't smile. She coughed a few more times and breathed heavily. Her arms and back Hurt where he had thrown her against the wall. She felt liquid coming out of her nose. Some kept into her mouth and she tasted blood. Her nose was bleeding.
