JJ poked her head out of the small cave in he rubble of a building she had stayed in the night before. From what she could see, there wasn't any infected people around. She looked again. The only living things she could see were herself and her two dogs.
Taking one final look to make sure that no one was there, JJ heaved herself out of the small cave and began walking. as she walked, she pulled some roots out of her bag and started to eat. Tiger scratched at her leg and she dropped a few carrots for him to eat.
"We are going to go find some survivors today." She told the dogs. They cocked their heads to look at her. "I really need some friends"

Cassie walks down the street, gun in her hand, ready to attack. She goes into a food store, and looks around. Then she heard something fall and slowly walks toward it. She points her gun out as she sees an infected person and shoots them.

Hannah looked out of the dusty window and watched as the zombie like things walking about the deserted streets.she sighed and walked around the room, thinking on where she should go next.

I jumped down the last foot to the ground, then turned to stare up the tree. Still seeing the infected animal, she swore, aimed her pistol and fired. The small lithe body of a lynx flopped down to the ground. Lizzi curled her lip and started walking away, scooping her cat up as she passed. "Come on Morgana," she cooed, stroking her fur. "We're going to find some safe shelter."

This boy right here is Jackson. Jackson was born on November 23 1995 making him 18 years old. He is was a senior in high school. Jackson's family consisted of him, his parents, and his 6 year old little sister. All he knows was that she was in her first grade classroom when all hell broke loose. He never went back home, scared to see what was left behind. Jackson also had a Border collie but he's pretty sure she suffered the same fate as everybod else. In high school Jackson was always told that he was hot and knew that there were girls who had a crush on him. He was given the chance to join the popular crowd but he kindly refused. He didn't want to be around low-life stuck up jerks for the rest of his high school experience. He wasn't like that. Jackson has had his crushes too but he gave up on that after he realized he had no chance. He never really had a girlfriend except for when he was in the 7th grade. But she's history. When the infection hit, Jackson ran out of the house. Terrified. And now he's here, trying to save his own life from the hell surrounding him.

Green eyes shot open as the purple haired girl awoke, knife clutched tightly in her pale hands. She heard a noise, it was quiet, followed by the should of shuffling footsteps. She froze. Vinnie had been crouched in a makeshift den that was once a house for the last hour, the den smelling of ash and blood. She felt a tingling sensation in the back of her neck, an urge forcing her to spring from her spot and run. Of course Vinnie was clumsy at best and ended up on the floor several feet away, knife still in her hand and unconsious.

She awoke sometime later to the sounds of the undead and the shuffles if their feet moving over the gravel. There was four of them, and she saw no way she would get out. A moment passed in silence before the girl rose, deciding to kite them somewhere more... Manageable. She ram forward several feet, before doubling back around and with a flick of her wrist, send the silver butterfly knife through the air, and through the creatures skull. She ran forward and picked it up, before deciding she would just outrun the other three. Violence... Not her thing.

Cassie grabbed some food, put them in her bookbag, and left the store looking for some shelter. She goes to an abandoned house, tries the lock, and walks inside. She sees that the house had no infected people and closes the door. She opens her bag and takes out some chips and her water.
