Ellissa was in a dark room somewhere. She didn't know where, exactly but she knew she was safe. She walked around the room and found a door. "Hello?" She called out as she opened the door.
There was a sharp crack and she turned around, the door forgotten. A man was sitting on a table that had suddenly appeared. She'd seen him once before. "I said I'd come for you, didn't I?" He laughed.
"No..." She said and started to back away. "You killed my parents... No... I'm safe. You can't hurt me..."
The man grinned. "Would you like to bet, darling?"

I chuckle as I stroke her hair gently, as if I do it too hard, then she'll wake wake up. Elissa looks at ease while she's sleeping, as if all the troubles have faded for a little while. She knows that it's going to be alright.

"Me likey," I laugh. "So, you're pretty much just setting us up?" I ask, my voice growing louder. I cover my mouth, eyes widening. "Oops," I whisper. "So what did you have in mind?"

Ellissa scurried back. "No... No!" She shouted. It was just a dream. "This is all a dream!" She shouted and pinched herself. She didn't wake though. Cursing, she tried again.
The man approached, nevertheless. "Are you sure about that?" He asked and laughed psychotically. "You're never as safe as you think, Ellissa. Just remember that."
Ellissa jerked awake, her eyes wheeling all over her surroundings. It took her a moment to realise where she was. "Oh my God..." She whispered and sank back into Justin's arms. "I hate my stupid dreams..." You're not as safe as you think you are... The words echoed in her head and she whimpered softly.

"Yeah," I say, my voice hushed from being quiet for so long. "You didn't seem to like it." I furrow my eyebrows, wondering what could possibly make her look so troubled, even while she was sleeping. It was almost as if the peacefulness had faded from her and was replaced with fear.

"Me likey," I laugh. "So, you're pretty much just setting us up?" I ask, my voice growing louder. I cover my mouth, eyes widening. "Oops," I whisper. "So what did you have in mind?"

"Wen I was little, my parents always said I had an amazing imagination..." Ellissa said and held onto Justin's hand. "An only I would be able to dream of my parents killer... And make myself so scared that I never want to sleep again..." She Burroes her face into his chest and frowned. "My dreams are stupid..."

I sort of frown for a second or two. I don't want her to be sad. I grab her hand and gently rub my thumb over her palm. "Do you want me to walk you home tonight?" I ask her quietly. It's beginning to get late, and I don't want to just ditch her. I want to stay with her until every last possible moment.

Ellissa smiled and nodded, clambering off Justin's lap. "Sure. That'd be great." She was still holding onto his hand so she pulled him up. "I really wish you could stay..." She frowned and looked towards her cabin. "But I think we may just get beheaded." She smirked at him and pushed her hair out of her face with her free hand.

I smile. "Pretty much," I laugh. I keep my fingers braided with Elissa's, the electricity between her touch and mine becoming overwhelming. Nothing I can't handle, though. I walk slowly to her cabin, stopping at the front porch steps. I give a sly grin and scoop her up into my arms. I carry her up the steps, and reach down to pull her door open. I laugh as I almost drop her, then begin running to her room. Laughing uncontrollably, I drop her on her bed. "I'll stay until you fall asleep, how's that?" I ask after I regain my ability to speak properly.

Ellissa squealed and kicked when Justin picked her up. "Hey!" She laughed, clutching him. "Put me down!" When he almost El, she squealed and closed her eyes tightly. After she was put down on her bed, she scurried away from Justin, laughing softly. "If you value your life, you will never do that again." She warned playfully. "And okay. Now I don't want to sleep." She pulled him closer and kissed his cheek. "You're cheeky, you beautiful boy."

With a 'cheeky' grin, I roll my eyes, trying avoid the blush. It just keeps on coming. "Noted," I say, even though I'm sure that won't be the last time I pull something like that off on her. I kneel down by her bed and lean my elbows on it, half lying down. "How about you go to sleep so that we can see each other in the morning?" I ask.
