I looked at Emily shocked as she began to tickle me. " Hey now that's not fair!" I said with a pouting face and crossed my arms. Ashly couldn't help but chuckle from what had happened and gave a thumbs up to Emily.

Emily kissed his cheek softly when she stopped."I'm sorry sweetheart but many things aren't fair. " she said softly as she looked between them. Then she smiled at Ashly.

Kasey watched helplessly as the tears streamed down her face. She held both his hands, not about to let go. "Your mother seems like shw was a wise woman."

Will glanced at her and blinked out the tears, and he finally stopped them. "She was." he murmured under his breathe. "Sorry about that." he added.

"Don't worry about it," Kasey told him as she took the red cloth napkin and wiped the remaining tears off his cheek. She was actually happy that he had shared a deeper part of himself. He probably would never be caught dead crying around anyone else. It made her realize that he wasn't some robotic bad boy.

"So... what about you, your family, your life? Do you have more siblings apart from Eric? Do you live with your parents or alone? I want to know every single detail." He said with a grin. Hw didn't want to make her think he was weak.

"I live in a very small town in North Carolina. I live with my mom, dad, and grandmother. My grandfather died three years ago so my parents offered for her to live with us. My father is gone a lot for business but whenever he returns he brings us our fvorite sweets and them we all go out as a family. I have no other siblings. I was going to have a little sister but my parents got in a car accident when I was six and Rainbow didn't make it. I was the one who wanted her name to be Rainbow. My mom went through a period of depression and with my father always gone I grew very attached to Eric. He kept me safe. One day my father brought home my mother's family who live on the other side of the country. They stayed for a month and after that life seemed to go on like it did before. We were a happy family again. The only thing I want in life is a relationship like my parents," Kasey told him, telling him a bit of her story. If he wanted to know more he could ask. She told him quite a lot as it was.

"After you," Eric said, gesturing for her to lead the way. He was glad she liked roller coasters.

"What's wrong?" Kasey asked, noticing the pain in his face. It showed everywhere from his eyes to the way he had to force a smile. Kasey reached across the table and took his hand in hers before she started rubbing slow circles on the back of his hand.

Honesty gave the boy a small smile before leading the way towards the roller coaster. She hoped that Eric would scream during the ride, but I doubt it.
