Abigail sat in the park, quietly. She sat on a big rock beside a large water fountain. The mist was coming down at her, but it wasn't that bad. She sat sat criss-cross, since the surface of the rock was flat, but a little bumpy. Next to her was another rock, but rough and no flat surface. She starred at the ground moving her feet around and shifting into different postures. Se never noticed she was doing it. She looked up at the sky for a moment, scrunching up a side of her hair to make it look more volumized.

Bree finally gave up and decided to start walking home. She figured she would pass her mom or dad on the walk if they were coming to get her. She dumped her now empty cup in the trash and pulled her jacket close as if she was clenching the warmth around her. Bree tended to always be cold and if she got wet she was freezing, her brother blamed it on her small size. Being only 5'4 and weighing a hefty 105 pounds it was a bit harder to keep warm but she liked to think it wasn't for that reason. Her brother picked on her for her size a lot but she liked being short. She took in a deep breath and let it out slowly as she glanced up to check the cars going by to see if one was her parents. She mumbled to her self how she really needed to save up and get a good reliable car. She had bought one as soon as she got enough money when she first started her job but it broke down and it was just to much to fix so its getting rusty at the shop's junk yard. She shrugged thinking how at least its her brothers dogs favorite car to lay in so its not completely useless. The crisp air made her wish she could spend all day just outside listening to the rain hit the ground. She hated what the moister did to her hair though, it started to friz at first but then it would just go flat and stick to her head. At the thought of the rain and her hair made her notice that it was starting to drip now it was so wet and she wasn't even half way home yet.

James had made it to the coffee shop about twenty-five minutes later but only to see Bree not sitting in her usual spot. He drove around the parking lot a few times then parked deciding to go inside and see if she was in there. He jogged from his truck to the front entrance so he wouldn't get to wet then when he got inside he herd a voice say that Bree had already left. He sighed and assumed she got a ride with a friend but like usual forgot to text someone telling them. He shrugged it off and just ordered a coffee and sat down at a small table by a window. He watched the rain seeing if it would die down a bit as he drank the hot drink slowly.

"Sure," Mason replied to Devin and got up, holding his coffee in one hand. He still had his black leather jacket on and he grabbed the hood and put it over his head. He moved his black hair out of his eyes and then waited for her to get up.

Paige had driven back to her house and dropped off her car wanting to take a walk in the rain instead of driving around in it. The dark haired girl flipped her hood up over her head and stuffed her cold hands into the pockets of her sweatshirt trying to warm them up a bit though she didn't mind too terribly considering that it wasn't that cold out. Paige ventured down the street watching her feet dip into small puddles in the sidewalk.

.: Texas had been out downtown when it started to rain. He had just stopped to get a coffee before he went home. He groaned quietly at the dark clouds dropping water. He had taken his longboard. He shrugged and walked out of the coffee shop, putting his board on the ground and flipped his hood up with one hand while he stood on the board. He sat there for a moment before pushing off and going down the sidewalk. It was hard, considering the ground was now covered in water making it slick. He skid a few times before deciding to walk the rest of the way. He picked up the sopping board and drank some of the coffee. He spotted a girl up ahead of him, but walking the other way.

By this time Paige had started to hum completely oblivious to the world around her besides to rain that was falling onto her sweatshirt that was already soaked through. Looking up from the sidewalk for a moment though to see exactly where she was she spotted a guy walking in the opposite direction that she was but didn't think much of it. Paige was sure she'd seen the guy around town which wasn't all that uncommon considering how small the place was.

He said goodbye to Aurora and Joe and walked out, heading home slowly with his new records in his bag. He thought back to his conversation with Aurora and he smiled, she had been so easy to talk to, no one at home was like that, all secrets and lies it seemed.

She got off the swing and ran for cover under a tree, her hair soaking wet from the rain. she wrung out the sleeves of her jacket and sat down, quietly watching it all.
