'And now that I know your name, it won't. I had nothing else to call you but that before.' Luna watched as Dylan locked them inside, feeling confined. She shuddered, not liking it. 'There's only two bedrooms!' she called.

I rolled my eyes at Roxas' clear annoyance with the other girl's name calling. Heck, I didn't even blame him, either. I turned my attention towards the boy as he told us to pick out our rooms. "I ain't trying to be a smart a*s," I said, "but don't you think it would be smart if we all stayed at least on the same floor? I mean, don't take it the wrong way." I was still wide awake from earlier excitement of getting to shoot, and my gym bag seemed heavy with the supplies. Once I thought about it, I realized I was pretty hungry. After we got settled in, I figured we could eat, although it wouldn't be a grand feast or anything. "There's only two bedrooms!" Luna's voice called to us. I rolled my eyes, instantly wanting to be angry all over again. "Well that sucks because I ain't sleeping in the same room as any of y'all," I declared, trying to make it clear what was and what wasn't going to happen.

I can take the third watch. Would you guys he more comfortable downstairs or upstairs? Dylan asked the group, knowing they would sleep better if they were more comfortable. He checked out the two bedrooms, one bigger then the other then trotted back down the stairs to the others, wandering into the kitchen as he looked through the food they had. Everyone up for Mac and cheese? Dylan called into the other room, already starting to open the box anyways.

'There's a couch in the living room. Be my guest,' Luna said, rolling her eyes. 'I don't care what room I'm in if it has a bed. But I'm taking first watch anyway, so I'll be awake a bit longer. And yeah, mac-n-cheese sounds delicious.'

"I'll just sit outside and keep lookout for any zombies or anything"" he said, knowing he wouldn't be able to fall asleep.

[Snips.]

Charlotte frowned at Nathan. No car? They'd have to steal one then. She then glanced at Isabella who was looking in the direction that the voice came from.
"Hello?" the girl called out softly, not hearing any Zombies nearby.

Charlotte got up from her position in the tree and climbed up.
"Bel, grab the base of that branch." she said to the other girl, who complied, and then Charlotte grabbed a branch above her with both hands tightly and started stomping on the branch that Isabella was holding. After a few stomps, the branch broke and held in Isabella's hand and Charlotte hanging there. She pulled herself up onto the branch she was holding onto and looked at Isabella who was holding the now broken branch.

"Yay. A weapon." Charlotte said, her voice tired.

Rei tromped through the debris, swearing softly. She wasn't supposed to do that but it was an apocalypse! Each step she took brought her closer to the voices... And the stench of dead people.

Percy nodded, looking around the builsing. "I'll stand watch tonight." He muttered, feeling at his rifle. "I think I saw the remains of a kid's treehouse very close by, and it would make a good roost to shoot from- for me, anyway." Percy hated little more then he hated tight spaces, and this was an extremely tight space to him. He was extremely skittish in such a small space.

'Well then, I guess it doesn't matter if I take first watch or not, since everyone's staying up anyway. I guess I'll just sleep, then,' Luna said, sighing.

'I have a shotgun and plenty of ammo. I has out hunting during the meteorite impacts,' Nathan said.
