I watched as the boy pulled into a grocery store, coming back with even more goods. I just hoped that he wasn't getting perishables, although I thought it was a good idea to stop whenever possible. I smiled faintly as the girl pulled out a long bow. "Thank you," I said quietly as I looked the slender weapon up and down. I could definitely knock out some of those people much quicker with my compound than with a long bow, but I was fairly good at hunting with one of them. I started out with a long bow and slowly worked up to my Matthews, every now and again getting it tuned up and rigged out. I caught my keys out of the air. "Hate to say this, but we may have to take shifts scouting," I told my small group. The house that he'd pulled up to was way too big to just stay in without watching our backs, unless we all slept in the same room and sectioned it off. I looked back at the man, slightly creeped out as he asked for a hair tie. "Uhm yeah," I said quietly, not questioning him as I slid mine off of my wrist, handing it to him. I was stocked up with olenty of them in my trailer, along with plenty of other random girly things like makeup and straighteners and curling irons that I used to get dolled up with before rodeos. But anyone who really knew me, knew that I would rather burn that than keep it.
