I giggled a bit "not as bad as you may think, I use a brush made for people, it works great. I love braiding her mane." I said.

He smiled over at her "It looks good for being so long" He looked over at his stallion, the horses mane was longer than normal because he hadn't had much time to clean him lately "I need to brush out Chevy's, I haven't gotten to in a while. My little sister used to brush it and braid his mane so I kept it pretty long for her"

"That is so cute, I wish I had a younger sister at times, I do have a older bother Austin, he gets annoying." I said. I bent down and pick up my grooming kit. "Let's get to work" I said with a smile "Midnight has been groomed let's make Chevy look handsome like his owner" I blushed when that came out of my month that was thought that was meant to say to myself. Smooth Vanessa real smooth I said to myself.

He nodded, re-analyzing her words, Did she just say? Huh.. "I warn you, he likes to nip" He walked over to his stallions stall and patted his neck, then grabbed his halter and lead. He fought with the stallion to get it on, but after a bit the horse gave up and got it on

"Big dreams. I wouldn't be able to even think I could do that." She stated, brushing her hair out of her face. She remembered having dreams that big, but she wouldn't be able to jump much over 3 feet.

"Yeah, I guess it is. But I kind like jumping only 4 foot, I'm worried if I go bigger it would hurt is knees" I said. "What do you and your horse do" I asked.

Vanessa
"ok, let me handle him" I said with a chuckle, he was acting like a horse at home. I before the stallion had a change to think about nipping at me "Listen hear Chevy, If you want to get more girlfriends you have to start acting like a gentleman, not a wild mustang" I teased him. "Here Tyler" I throw him a brush "start with his body I'll work on his mane and tail." said happily, I was kind hoping he didn't bring up my comment about him being handsome but I doubt it. I started working on his mane with taking my brush nice and easy through it.

"Oh, she had an accident so I can't jump her well. She's my dressage horse. Watchers my jumper, but he hates water so I can't do some things. I like three foot myself." She said as they passed some beautiful trees. Abby relaxed surprisingly next to this unknown stallion.

"You and my sister would get along, she does Dressage with her horse." I said with a smile. "It's really pretty through here" I said with a smile.

*I come up the dusty trail and look at the huge barn before me. Quite intimidated, I unload Songbird and Servine from the trailer, and my dad takes off. I lead my horses up to the stables and find the stall numbers they were assigned on my paper.* 38, 39. Okay. *I look up from my paper and find the stalls and look them over. Fresh hay, water, feed, a little fan in the corner for when it gets hot.* We're certainly going to need those this summer. *I lead Servine into 39 and Songbird into 38. Then I walk outside to see if I can find somebody to talk with me, explain a little bit about what we're doing over the summer. As if anybody wanted to.*

She could help but smile at him. He had somehow gotten past her sarcastic wall as if it wasn't there. It didn't help that he looked good, but she wouldn't admit that to him.

"Abby loves trail rides, specially the scenic ones." She said as the mare lifted her gorgeous gray head and lengthened her long legs.
