The government said there were flags on stakes, marking the land up for taking.
Like many others, you pack up your family, belongings, animals, and your life to move, into the west.
This could mean many things. A new life. A new beginning. A fresh start.
Some of those things will be positive, and others negative.
Can you make it out in the wilderness, fighting for your food and utter survival?

▸ l i t e r a c y

This being a semi-literate role-play, I want a paragraph. One of these paragraphs includes seven sentences, so a seven sentence post at least. Literacy helps others to reply, and stimulates the brain, causing it to see a video-like image of what goes on. Things like color, size, what (exactly) your character is doing, what time of day it is, etc. help to view your message clearly, the way you'd like it to be portrayed.

Please try to have proper spelling and grammar. I understand that were all human, and make plenty of reasonable mistakes. Reasonable. Keep it reasonable, please.

▸ c r e a t i v i t y

In this role-play, I will not supply the forms. Please make your own. Make them pretty, if possible. All forms must include the basics (name, gender, age, etc.) plus where they are, ideally, going, what they will raise, so basically be detailed.

▸ c h a r a c t e r s

In this role-play, you will play the human characters. No animals or pets will be played. You can, though, post how your animal responds in your human's post after the action. I also have no limit to the number of characters you make. Try to keep genders even within each crew.

▸ c r e w s

Crews are basically farm hands. They will help with the branding of the livestock, putting up fences, and building the house upon arrival. There is no limit to the amount of crew members the land owner has. YOU CAN play a crew member on one ranch, and another on a different ranch! Most crew members will be men. There will be a nurse type person with the group, one kitchen cook (female), two or so to watch children and one person to do laundry. Any others can help with those jobs as well.

⇉ The Plaines, fertile land for crops, plenty of room to expand, and all those critters! The Plaines is definitely the hot-spot! This area will only be home to four farms here, as the land supplied by the government is marked into four large sections.

⇉ At the mountain's base, the land is a little harder to till and farm upon.
Although, not entirely impossible. There are some nice hills that can be farmed or
support some livestock. There will be two here.
