Maya felt a little disappointed since she always loved to look at other people's drawings. Then she made the frown that she had on her face, into a smile. "I'm Maya. We haven't met before, have we?" she said, holding out her hand.

Rayne grinned, and held out her hand. “Don't believe so, Ma'am. I'm Rayne.” Remembering the frown on her face that she wore a little while ago, Rayne passed up her sketchbook. “Go on and look through.” She said, putting her pencil down. “I'm sure there's a drawing in there somewhere.”

Maya smiled at Rayne and played with her blonde hair. "No need to be so formal with me" she said with a little laugh. Then she looked at the girl who had now passed the sketchbook to her and had told her to look through it. Then her smile became wider as she opened the sketchbook to look through the drawings.

he just nodded ever so slightly and covered his eyes with his bony fingers peeking through them. He didn't understand why this girl wanted to talk to him, he didn't think it was annoying or anything but he didn't know why. It was a nice change from being alone though.

Rayne shuffled her feet a bit, somewhat embarrassed at the thought of someone looking through her drawings. She took off her Domo cap, messed up her hair, and replaced it on her head, before moving on to retie her combat boots. She didn't know why, but she did this often when she got nervous.

"Ok."said Emily as she followed him through the halls. Then she saw him trip."are you ok? Oh and you were trying to get my attention weren't you."she said with a smile

Luke raised his eyebrows. "Really, do you think that I would want your attention? I can get anyone's attention just passing through the halls. I can't help being irresistibly hot."

Emily rolled her eyes,"what ever you say." Said Emily as they walked into a classroom and sat down."so how was your summer?"

Luke sat beside her and tapped his fingers on the desk. "Uh... I went to the beach... " he winked at her. "You would have liked being there to see me shirtless, don't you?" he teased.

"Oh definitely."she Said sarcastically. "I got a puppy. Her name is Belle. She is an English bulldog. Then I went to the beach."said Emily with a smile.

"Cute," Luke said with a wide grin. "The dog." he explained. The teacher yelled something at him and he shut up with a small smile.

Maya looked at the other girl and saw how nervous she was. Suddenly Maya felt embarrassed for asking her for looking at her drawings. Maybe she had to be a bit more sensible. Maya smiled at the girl and returned the sketchbook back to her, not peeking inside. "It's okay" she said. "I get nervous too if someone see's my stuff" she added in just to reassure the other girl.
