I kept walking down the trail to the lake, tired of waiting around. It was beginning to slowly turn to dusk, and I hadn't seen Aidan anywhere. After all, it was his party. I kept walking around the lake, my face lighting up with a relieved smile once I saw two familiar faces. "Hey y'all!" I greeted them happily with a small wave. My insides were jittery, and I was anticipating something bad to happen between me and Aidan. If he didn't want me around him, I was high tailing it out of there as fast as I could. "Um, don't tell me," I said quickly, trying to remember names. "Lilah? No, Lily. Am I right?" I asked, unsure of myself. "And you're... Sage?"

"Yes I am." He smiled, looking the girl up and down, "Belle?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

Lily spun around and saw another girl standing there. Lily couldn't remember if she had come to the cafe with them or not, thinking hard she tried to come up with a name. She relaxed and sighed in relief as Sage said her name, Belle that was it. Lily nodded and smiled shyly "Um hi Belle..."

"Yours truly," I joked as I looked around the decorated area that we stood in. "You haven't seen Aidan around, have you?" I asked, trying not to let the scared feeling I felt show up in my voice. My eyes darted around, still searching for someone else. I was perfectly fine with just Sage and Lily; they seemed to be nice. I nodded courteously at the younger Shell and replaced my nervous look with a smile. "Hey," I greeted her.

Sage shook his head, "Not since earlier." He looked to the lake and sat down on the grass, beginning to pull up daisies.

Lily smiled back at the other girl, Belle, she seemed to be fairly nice. Lily glanced around the lake, Aidan had decorated it beautifully, lanterns hung from the branches of the trees and it looked stunning. She smiled and sighed as Sage started pulling up daisies "Sage, you need to stop picking plants! Every time I look at you you're either pulling up grass or daisies! Can't you pick something that we don't need like weeds or rubbish?"

Sage grinned, "I don't really like Daisies, nor grass." He looked up and around the park.

I laughed as Sage commented in his dislike towards daisies. I sat down by him and stared out at the lake, the glare hurting my eyes. Out of instinct, I too began pulling up little blades of grass, twisting them and pulling them apart before grabbing another. "Sorry," I said quietly as I realized what I was doing, my gaze Liky for a second before going back to the lake. "So I guess we just sit here and wait for Aidan?" I guessed, looking between the other two.

Lily smiled and nodded "Yeah, that's a good idea, I'm sure he'll be here soon, after all he did decorate the lake so he must be preparing, he probably went to get more decorations or food or something... It's utterly beautiful, it must have taken him ages..." She watched with a smile as Belle bent down to pick up a strand of grass "But the problem is that by the time he gets here there will be no grass in sight! There will just be a wide patch of dry, barren ground!"

Aidan sighed getting up off his bed before heading out of his room and eventually out of the dorm. Walking towards the lake, with his hands in his pockets and his shoes scuffing against the ground, until he heard the soft scuffing sound of grass under his feet. Looking up he saw three people, Lily, Sage and Belle. "Is this who's all showing up? Wow, I must throw some sucky get together type things.
