I nodded. "barrels, poles, and eventing."

"Thanks. I'm Jay."I followed Bella towards the barn, I guessed."What's your horses name?" I asked.

"Well, I have 2, But this is Inky" She said as she Clipped inky into a cross-tie. "this is your stall" she said invitingly as she unlatched the door to a sparkling clean stall.

"Nice," Kyle said. "Which do you enjoy most?"

I looked around, thinking. 'I enjoy barrel racing most, what about you?"

"Well, out of the disciplines in eventing my favorite would have to be cross country," Kyle said. "Especially bareback. Dangerous, yes, but the thrill of it overcomes the fear."

"You like bareback too? IThat i show i do barrel racing." I smiled.

"Yep, I do," Kyle said. "I've done quite a few bareback jumping shows, most of the time winning. I don't really care about ribbons though, I was just proud of Spartan."

"That's good," Kyle said. "I don't run into many people who think about showing the same way I do."
