"Everyone goes through that phase," Sam says, "I did, Narvon was going through that phase when I met him." He'd never been able to talk about Narvon so easily before. the lightness that came with it and the memories that used to be bitter sweet were now just sweet, and fond. He liked the feeling, like a heavy cloud had disappeared from over his head.

Joey blushed, "S-shut up! It was tor one year!"

"Huh?" Sam asks, coming out of his mind.

Mason smiled, "Josh went through the Emo phase full speed. He had three piercings, even."

"My dad would come back from the grave to haunt me if i ever got a weird piercing." Sam says, laughing, "I asked him if I could get a nose ring when I was older once and he started listing a million reasons as to why that was a bad idea."

Josh giggled, "Ohhhhh. I had a lip ring, a nose ring, and a tongue piercing."

"Whoa, Sam says and giggles.

"You can see the small scar from my lip ring, see?" Josh pointed to it.

Mason shook his head, "Not to mention the freaking eye liner obsession..."
