Spring pouted a little at Max and scrambled up to his branch, sitting down next to him closely.

Max smiled at her, and scooted so that they were touching. "Whats wrong?" He asked.

"Tired...Bored...A lot of things are wrong." Spring replied, and carefully put her head on his shoulder.

Max frowned down at her. "You shouldn't be sad. Life is to short to be unhappy." He said, putting one arm around her.

Spring slowly nodded, and hugged Max gently. "Now I'm kind of happy..." She smiled a little.

Max smiled. "Spring, I-I really like you a lot." He said softly.

"Those seven words just brightened my day....I like you too" Spring said, kissing his cheek.
