Winter
Winter was half laughing, half screaming. She yelled when the water sprayed upwards, and almost fell of until she hugged around his neck. She was frantic, but after a while calmed down and layed her head on Marc's back. It started to become peaceful and she smiled, resting her arms on his shoulders. She hoped this day would never end.

Marc couldn't help but chuckle as he heard Winter's laughing screams and smiled as she calmed down, resting her head on his back. He looked ahead and saw the cave, slowing the speed down as they got closer. "Found it!" He called over the engine, finally coming to a smooth halt next to the cave, they were all the way across the lake already away from camp.

Winter
Winter smiled in relief as she heard the engine stop. "We're here.." She said, fighting back the urge to run back to camp. "Okay.." She sighed, and took a step off of the bike. "If we die, can I hold your hand?" She asked, and knew that he would hear the fear in her voice.

Marc could instantly sense the fear in her voice and he debated offering to bring her back in his head. He took her hand and looked at her with pale icy optics, "We can go back if you want to, I wouldn't mind." Marc told Winter, not wanting to make her feel unsafe or uncomfortable with being so far from camp.

Winter
Winter didn't want to be afraid in front of Marc and looked into his pale eyes. "I'll stay. I won't be afraid as long as I'm with... You.." She finished the sentence awkwardly, smiling at her shoes. "Come on, lets go!" She said, and walked inside, making sure he was close to her.

[spade.]

M a r c

Marc smiled as she mentioned how she wasn't as afraid with him there. He followed her into the cave and said "Okay, but if you want to go back anytime just tell me," as it echoed off the walls. Marc kept walking, every once in a while taking glances at Winter to make sure she was okay and having fun.

Winter
Winter nodded, and smiled. As she walked deeper into the cave, she heard her footsteps echo across the wall. There was a small pond in front of her, and something sparkly in the water. "Hey, look!" She said, and pointed at the center of the pond. "I think it's some kind off gem!"

Marc looked to were she pointed and noticed something shining in the middle of the pond. "Woah.." He mumbled in awe, staring at the gem. "Want to get it?" He asked walking closer to the water. Marc was a decent swimmer, he had been on the swim team for two years in middle school until he picked up playing organized football and he would get the gem for Winter, she seemed to think it was pretty.

"Yea I'm fine." he said getting up and wincing a little almost falling back to the ground.
