The blaring of a car horn down the street begins the dawn of a fresh day in the city, each passing moment different from the last. A flock of pigeons peck around the gum-splattered sidewalk for a few measly crumbs, a jogger makes her way through the early morning crowd, and a cyclist weaves in and out of the growing traffic. Before long, the sun rises to its peak and cars are still inching through the packed streets, narrowly avoiding jay-walking pedestrians. A student, late for his course, rushes towards the university, hair unkempt and books tumbling from his slender fingers. A few clouds roll by as the sun begins its descent, dipping below the horizon. The traffic only grows heavier as overworked employees struggle to return to their families, dressed in their best pinstriped suits or drumming their fingers impatiently against the wheel. At last, the moon replaces the scorching sun, shimmering among the glittering stars, but the city folk are still up and about, going out for drinks or rushing to the grocery store for a forgotten carton of milk. And the cycle repeats.

This is the city life. Would you choose it?

Also, forms do not have to be "pretty" as some call it. I'd just like to see the basic information.

Six young adults have each come to the city for their various reasons, ages ranging from 21 to 24. Some have come for the wild parties every Friday night, while some others have come to study at the nearby university to complete their degrees. By fate, some are forced to dorm together for the time being, while others are supported by their wealthy parents and are residing in an apartment or even a penthouse suit. Some may become close friends, while others drift apart and argue constantly.

The Ladies

The Daddy's Girl;

This girl doesn't understand the meaning of hardwork. She's gotten everything she could ever ask for from the start. Afterall, she is the daughter of a movie star. She is the party animal of the group, always throwing the hottest parties at her place on Friday nights. She resides at the penthouse suit her father purchased for her. The place is packed of her personal choice of furniture with a huge closet filled with all the clothes a girl could want, including the space and the credit card for more. She even requested a dance floor for her guests and an outdoor balcony with a moderately sized pool. Her father has also rented out the rooms on the floor below her so he doesn't get any complaints from the intolerant neighbors below.

The Bookworm;

This girl is the quiet one of the group, always peeking out from over a book, whether it's a classic or a fairytail. She has come to the city for her degree and then to continue on with her life in the bright lights. She dreams of writing her own books in the future and possibly even becoming a famous author. At the moment, she is rooming with the "traveler" while saving up for her own apartment. She is being supported by her modest family, but they aren't the wealthiest, so she works part-time at a coffee shop to help pay off her rent.

This girl has been all over the world. She is searching for a place where she belongs, coming to the city from Paris, France. She has decided she belongs in a city, and is searching for the right one. She has rented an apartment and has signed up at the university for a room-mate, so she won't have to pay the full rental price. To be able to support both the "bookworm" and herself, she works at the same coffee shop at her room-mate. Her parents are doing their best to help her achieve her dream and send a bit of money every other month to help with the apartment.

The Jock;

Like the "Daddy's Girl", this guy has come from a family that's better off than many others. He's different though. He has come to the city on a sports scholarship, which he earned on his own. He is sharing an apartment with the "nerd". Maybe the whole jock bullying the nerd thing won't be true? The jock isn't really focused on his studies; just the ladies and sports. His parents are still supporting him, but appreciate him trying to pay off his housing on his own.

This boy takes his studies extremely seriously as his name suggests. Before moving out to the city, he was gifted a laptop as a congratulations to a full scholarship to the university nearby. He can usually be found near the library, but on the weekends, he enjoys studying at the little coffee shop on main street. Hey, who said nerds have to be weak and gangly? He works out at the city gym at least four times a week to keep himself in shape. Well, let's just say if you saw him on the street, you wouldn't see him as a nerd.

The Musical Master;

A n d r e w S t o n e
The musical master is adept with many instruments, often playing at the coffee shop or the lounge. He has been invited by the "Daddy's Girl" the play some music at her parties too. He knows how to DJ and has fun while he's doing it. His parents died when he was young, but his uncle is a big jazz enthusiast, encouraging his nephew to do what he believes is right. The musical master lives with his uncle in their flat near the university.

The Daddy's Girl and The Musical Master

-These two met at one of her parties. They spoke for a moment and she discovered he was a musical genius. Since then, she has invited him to each of her parties to DJ or sing. After a while, she develops feelings for him, but would would her father approve a relationship with such a man with such a small income?

The Bookwork and The Jock

-Now this is one of the most bizarre relationships in the city. The bookworm becomes a tutor for the jock under request from one of their teachers. The jock finds a stange attraction to her patience with him as he fumbles his pencil and attempts to understand the simple equations written in neat handwriting before him.

The Traveler and The Nerd

-These two meet at the coffee shop she works at. She notices that he comes in every Saturday and sits at the same table with his laptop, sipping his coffee and clicking away at his keyboard. She has made it a habit to sit down across from him during her break and ask him about his studies. He loves the question and they often have long conversations which result in her boss rushing her back to work.

Have a look around the city if you'd like. There are many different sights to see, such as popular restraunts, the park, and the shopping center. It isn't big like New York City, but it isn't that small either, so enjoy this minature tour! There are some places you should just visit on your own though, like the rock garden. Be sure to look around for the bus stops, there are various stops scattered all around the city.

Kassidy is around the average height for a woman her age. She stands at 5'6", perhaps a little taller, and she's satisfied with that. She had long, beach blonde hair, but has recently gotten a little trim, so her hair reaches her shoulder blades. She enjoys braiding her hair, learning different types of braids all over the world. Her favorite so far might be the Dutch braid or the waterfall braid. She has greyish-blue eyes and long, pale eyelashes that she tends to darken a lot with a bit of mascara. She has a lithe figure, but is constantly watching her weight. After all, who could resist all those scrumptious delicacies all around the world? She has lightly tanned skin from all the time she spends in the sun and long, well-muscled legs, due to her daily, early morning jogs. Kassidy may not have the most noticeable curves, but she does have a bit of an hour glass shape to her body. When she flies to a different country, she usually is able to find a gym she can consistantly work out at for a while. She doesn't quite have a six pack, but she's coming close. She also has a large variety of clothing, accumulated from her travels. Often, she'll wear a simple camisole along with a sweater and shorts, or jeans. The only time she'll even think about wearing a dress or skirt is at a formal occasion, but she tries to wear a pair of slacks and a nice shirt most of the time. She was gifted a little locket necklace from her family before she left for her search, holding the family picture and a picture of the family dog back in Toronto. She always wears it.


▶ p e r s o n a l i t y; Kassidy comes from a modest family of four and has learned to appreciate what she has when she still has it. She lived a fairly normal life as a child, except for when her Auntie Beth visited. She has an overall friendly, enthusiastic girl, but she still has many problems of her own. She tends to argue fiercely for what she belives, even if she understands her opponent's reasoning. She is quite stubborn and refuses to believe what others think. She can also be a tad judgemental, but she is currently working to overcome that trait. With her friends, Kassidy is quite bubbly and can be a bit of a jokester, putting dye in shampoo bottles and still uses the whoopie cushion trick. Some may find her annoying, but she doesn't mind. She'll probably never see them again in her life when she moves on to a different country. She enjoys listening to what others have to say, but if she disagrees, it doesn't end nicely. Despite this, she is forgiving, maybe even a little too forgiving. Kassidy is a gullible girl. She doesn't fall for the "it says gullible on the ceiling" trick anymore, but she can be tricked into some more intense traps. She tends to apologize a lot, but usually after she gets her point across. She also has the biggest soft-spot for animals of all kinds. She misses Bert, the family dog, and spends a few minutes every night stroking his picture in her locket. She may even stop strangers jogging on the street to pet their dogs and cuddle them.

▶ f u t u r e . g o a l s; "Well, of course I want to be able to settle down in the city I fell in love with. I'm still searching for such a place, but this city might just be it. I am also hoping to get someone to help me write a novel based on my adventures around the world."

▶ b a d . h a b i t s; "I tend to tap my feet loudly when I'm impatient, and apparently I click my tongue too, but I haven't even noticed these things. I also blink a lot more than I should when I'm embarrassed, but I'm not sure if that would even count as a bad habit."

Chase Dylan Marx|| Twenty-two || Single

> Chase: the jock. The stereotypical jock is arrogant and handsome, well-built and not the sharpest tool in the shed. Okay, yes, maybe he is a bit full of self, and he definitely is good-looking and muscular, but he is, in fact, very intelligent. The thing is, he doesn't act like it. Around friends and girls, he appears to be the kind of guy you typically see in movies or television shows, with his gelled up hair and goofy manor, but he truly is smart and sophisticated. He fools himself by thinking girls won't be attracted to him if they knew how intelligent he really was. He also falls into the trap of thinking that being rude will make girls notice him, which of course isn't the case. He learned his lesson the hard way, sadly, and now knows not to be a total jerk, although he sometimes finds himself being rude on occasion for no apparent reason. Yes, Chase is a big flirt, but he is really a softie on the inside, although he is very serious about his sports, and he is most serious about his football career. He hopes to be either a professional football player or a football coach.


> Chase grew up on a small ranch in North Carolina with his parents, two older brothers, and two younger sisters. They had a small, classic white Cape style house. Their ranch housed two horses, called Pepper and Ruby, about six chickens, and a small pig called Joe. They had a business that Chase's oldest brother, Daniel, mostly ran. He taught kids and sometimes adults how to ride horses. His parents' both had other jobs to attend to, and it was extremely hard for them to keep everything together. When his second youngest sister, Jamie, was nine, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She passed away a year later, and his family decided to move and start a whole new life.

> Football is Chase's number one passion. He is athletic and loves other sports as well, but he mostly enjoys playing the physical sport. He likes skateboarding as well, and although he hasn't done it since North Carolina, he likes to surfboard. Something he doesn't like to admit is that he really loves to read. Chase hates spiders, and has a morbid fear of clowns, something else he is uncomfortable with admitting.

> Chase stands six feet and four inches tall, with a total weight of about one hundred and thirty pounds, and is well-built. His hair is a blonde colour, with darker brown roots. His eyes are a dark brown that become lighter exposed to direct light.

> Chase has had many girlfriends in his life, and they've all come and gone, but recently he has been looking for a girl to have a serious relationship with. What he looks for in a girl is someone who is not afraid to express herself, a girl who is fearless and fun. He currently does not have a crush, nor is he dating anyone.
