where - at the seaside
- Jadyn let her finger slide through the sand slowly, not even knowing what she was drawing. She listened to the ocean, hearing it lap against the shore and then receding back to where it came from. It was relaxing, her brain finally seemed to stop the painful pounding, until the boy on the rock replied back to her. Wearily, the girl threw her head back, her brown hair splaying across the sand. The sudden peacefulness was gone and replaced by the pain that felt oh-so familiar. Sighing deeply again, Jadyn steadily brought her head back down to its normal position before lifting her eyes towards the boy slowly. "Well then suffer quietly." She remarked, her voice low and unlikely. She cast her blue orbs away from him and set her sights onto the ocean ahead of her. All she saw was a mass of water that looked as if it had no end. But then, Jadyn did know the water had to end somewhere, but at the moment just seeing only water made ahead made her feel . . . hopeless. She felt as if no one was going to be able to find her and that she would be stuck on this island for years, maybe her lifetime even. And the feeling sucked; it really did. She glanced back towards him as seeing he had looked back towards her direction. Her eyes locked with his for a moment before turning away from him. Taking another sigh, Jadyn slowly leveled her torso downs to the rough sand and put her hands behind her head, staring at the sky. "Do you think we're all just gonna die?" Her eyes flickered back to the moaning boy, searching his face.
