Serenity swam to the surface for air and floated on her back,gazing at the sky.

Keira: She rolled her eyes playfully "I am not.." she said and nodded her head. She blew him a small kiss, winking at him and chuckling softly "You're the better one.."

Lauren silently concentrated on the TV. Just friends, right? she thought in her head, trying not to get worked up, besides, there is no way on God's green Earth that somebody like Ed would like somebody like me. She sighed, feeling conflicted with herself.

Cole followed Serenity to the surface, swimming next to her. "So, tell me about your self." He said, they had just met and he wanted to get to know her, though it was awkward asking this at the beacn.



Jackson rolled his eyes. "I wish!" He said, leaning down and kissing her forehead.



Ed was looking at the tv, but thinking, What does this day mean? Were Lauren and I just hanging out? Or on a date? He was confused, it felt like a date, but he was used to just being friends, not having time to do anything in the past year, what with the fact that he was on a world tour till just recently.



{Lol, sorry, was watching tv, lol it midnight and I have school tomorrow, so if I poof, I passed out.}

Lauren looked down at her nails, fiddling around with them. She felt an awkward silence hang in the air around them, but felt like she didn't know how to break it. She but her lip, knowing she was going to regret her next decision. "Ed, I think I like you," she said quickly, glancing at him, then back to the TV screen. She was a nervous wreck on the inside, and was trying not to have it come out.

Ed blushed slightly. "Really? Cause I like you too." He said in a calm voice, turning his head towards her, looking at her and smiling.

Lauren smiled sheepishly at him, looking down at her fingers again. She didn't know what to say to him, and was happy that she'd said something in the first place. Her earlier confident nature seemed to have faded away, her timid, quiet side coming out.

Ed looked around, unable to find anything to say, he just sat for a few minutes quietly. "So... is this considered a date?" He finally asked, he honestly did not know.

Lauren smiled widely, nodding her head. "I think so," she answered him, studying the ends of her hair. She wanted to say more, to tell him something. Her mind just couldn't find the words for it, though. Instead, she had a grin playing on her shy expression.

Ed sighed, then pulled her head toward him, kissing her softly. "Good." He said, he wouldn't have kissed her if it wasn't a date, he'd feel weird kissing a friend if they weren't on a date.
