Ed looked around, hoping them drunk dudes weren't any where near. He grabbed Lauren's hand carefully.

(I have no on-earthly idea what else there is to do at a public beach. I've only ever been to private ones)

Lauren blushed a little, holding onto his hand lightly. She felt weird, wondering if they were friends or more than that.

{Me either, ive never been to a private beach , but the only thing I know to do at a public beach is swim, play volleyball, throw a foot ball back and forth, swimming and playing in the sand...}



Ed looked over at Lauren, "What would you like to do??" He asked.

A smile spread across her face. "Come on," she said, leading him out further onto the sand where there were no drunk people and a lot of families.

"Okay.." Ed said following her, "Why'd you come here?" He asked looking around.

"I'm gonna bury you," she told him with a smile. "Okay, sit down," she said.

Ed chuckled and laid down. "Okay." He said, looking at the tons of kids and other people playinng in the sand and water.

She sat down by his side, beginning by covering up his feet and ankles. She shoveled the sand over them, grinning happily. "When I was like six my family and I went to the beach and they made me a sand mermaid," she told him, remembering her tail sculpted out of wet sand. "I felt like a Disney princess or something."

Ed looked at her. "Yeah, that's what most kids like doing." He said. "Hope there aren't any crabs under me, this would hurt if there are any." He added as a joke.
