I woke up the next morning, drooling slightly on my mp3 player. I looked down to realize I had fallen asleep in my bathing suit and shorts. Sweet. I rolled out of bed and slumped into the bathroom, turning on the hot water. After a quick shower, I was feeling much more refreshed. "Time for a FABULOUS first day at school." I said to the mirror sarcastically. I heard some groaning in my parents bedroom and ran into the kitchen, grabbing a granola bar. I found my dad asleep on the couch. As usual. I rolled my eyes and went outside, stepping on my board and skating past a reflective puddle. "How do you like my first day outfit?"

Jack Wilder opened his locker already for school. He put his book bag in his locker which was black and grey kind of plain. About to take out his book jack almost fell into his locker feeling someone jump onto him. He saw people glance up at them and he smiled knowing who it was. "Is it Billy?" he asked sarcastically. Billy was a nerd in their school. "if it is I am excited." he said jokingly. He heard someone pass by them talking about them. they said: I knew they were best friend but I don't do that to my best friend, what's up with them? Jack rolled his eyes.

She woke up in John`s living room , she was shocked that today was a school day . She got out of John`s house and ran to her house , she had walked to his house . Plus her house was about a block away , once she got in the house . She ran into the shower , she hated the smell of chlorine . She quickly got dressed , brushed her teeth , and did her hair . She then walked downstairs and made her early morning shake . Her parents were never home , so she pretty much had no one to make her food . Especially since she didn`t really know how to make food . She then walked out of her house , keys in her hands . She then got in her car and drove away too school . She hated being early , but she also liked to be able to get her stuff before the halls were crowded . As she finally got there she parked in the handy cap , she always did . Never had her car been towed so she was good , in her opinion . She walked up to the school doors , and opened them slowly .

I opened my eyes, filtering in the morning sunlight through my blonde eyelashes. I smiled at the memory of last night and remembered that today was the first day of school. Cool beans. I threw on my first day outfit that I had laid out yesterday night. I couldn't wait. I tip-toed over to my dad's bedroom door and laid my ear against the door. I heard a startled gasp and a chuckle, knowing that my dad had realized I had put a whipped cream moustache and beard on him. "Love you dad! On my way to my REAL first day of school!" I yelled through the door, the smile clear in my voice. I then ran out the house and got in my car, driving to school and relieved to see people walking around the parking lot this time.

Allison laughed quietly in Jack's ear at the mention of 'Billy'. She heard people whisper about them, but didn't care. She kissed his cheek before sliding off of his back and leaning against the lockers. " So, which class do you have first? I have Calculus 1, with some weird guy named Mister Alps. You know, like the mountains? " She checked her locker number just then, and realized it was only two down from Jack. She listened to him rely, and since nobody was in between them she opened her locker and got her stuff ready.

Jack Wilder shook his head from the sound of the Alps guy. "I have Chemistry then Calculus 2." he said braggingly. "Looks like I am still a step higher than you." he smiled winking. "At lest your not in pre Algebra." he said laughing pulling out a two binders, a pencil box, a math pencil box, a textbook, a worksheet book, and two of his reading books. "This is all just for Math." he muttered setting the stuff on the floor and loud bang echoing in the hallways.

Allison sighed, grabbing her own things and shutting her locker. She turned towards him, a pouty expression on her face. " Man, I was hoping we would have some classes together. Now who am I going to talk to when I should be paying attention?" She whistled at all of his supplies, wondering how much work Jack thought there was going to be on the first day. All of her supplies was matching, sporting her favorite colors. She'd spent a lot of money on it, wanting to actually be a somewhat good student for her senior year. She put it all in a bag she kept over her shoulder.
