Taylor woke up to the sound of his brothers wrestling in the hall. He groaned and slowly got out of bed. He took a short shower then pulled on a plain grey t-shirt and a pair of faded blue jeans. The he slipped on his shoes, grabbed his red beanie and his backpack and left his room. "Grow up." He said to his brothers and then went down stairs. He said hello to his dad, grabbed his lunch and a few pancakes and then ran out the door. He hopped into his car and drove to school. When he got there he looked around for Persephone. There was no sign of her yet do he went to his locker and got ready for his last year in highschool

(Yeah, I think they should have started dating before school started. They could have lockers next to each other's, except there is one locker in between theirs. It could go melody, some kid, then Logan. Maybe they could go to school together? Like share a ride. )

Melody pulled on the outfit she had pulled from the closet. A pair of black denim shorts that reach her mid-thigh and are frayed at the ends, a plain white tank top with flowing, cascading fabric and small white embroidered flowers, and a pair of white knit toms made up her planned attire for the day. The teenage girl was just getting prepared to go to school, but she liked to dress admirably. Besides, she wouldn't mind impressing her boyfriend, who would be here to pick her up soon. The have recently began dating in the summer, just before school began. Melody had been ecstatic when he asked her out; she had liked him for years before but she could never work up enough courage to tell him or ask him out herself. She liked him a lot; just the thought of him gave her butterflies and the good kind. The two were taking there time with the relationship, which was alright with Melody. She just feared that they won't be able to become more serious due to their shy ways. Their being bashful is why they took so long to become a couple.

Logan groaned, trying to flatten his hair but to no avail as it refused to lie flat. Instead, it kinda poofed and looked like a "mop", as he so called it, and he just hoped that his girlfriend, Melody, wouldn't comment about his hair.
It was weird; Logan hadn't felt this way with anyone before. Before, he would've just walked outside, without caring about his floppy hair. But here he was, in-front of the bathroom mirror, trying to smooth it down in-order to impress her.
He sighed, realizing that nothing would help (and he wasn't about to start gelling his hair- that was one thing that he would not do ever), and so he just let it be that way, instead turning to his toothbrush and toothpaste to begin brushing his teeth.
If you looked at Logan in the mirror, you would see a person not that tall in height for his age, and really long, nimble fingers. You'd see dark brown hair and beautiful blue eyes which can really take you in, and you'd see skinny arms and skinny legs but a "baby face", as he calls it himself. He sure likes to tease himself a lot, but usually he keeps it to himself.
Logan finished brushing his teeth and spit out the contents, gurgling his mouth clean and splashing some water on himself to feel more awake as he strode out of the washroom, heading downstairs to the kitchen, where his sister had earlier cooked some bacon and eggs.
Logan was all alone in the house; his parents were off at work, his brother was travelling, and his sister was off at her University.
Logan gobbled down the eggs and bacon, quickly checking the time so that he wouldn't be late to pick his girlfriend up.
His girlfriend. That term sounded so... so foreign on his tongue. It wasn't that he was ashamed to have one, it was because he had never had one before. The thought both excited him and made him nervous. He's always shy to hold her hand, and he really wants to kiss her but he hasn't done so yet. He's just waiting for the perfect time.
Logan washed his plates and then washed his hands, quickly grabbing the keys from next to the microwave, where he opened the front door and locked it from the key that he had around his neck, turning towards his silver car that he got as a gift when he turned sixteen last year.
Logan was still a pretty fresh driver, and he wasn't exactly the... fastest driver on the planet. He was more of a... slow, easy-going kind-of driver. That being at-least 10km per hour under the speed limit and constant concentration behind the wheel. But he got distracted when he was around Melody because she was just so pretty, so he'd have to make sure that he could keep an eye on her and his driving.
Logan approached Melody's house, which was only a five minute drive from his house (probably three, if he had been driving in the normal speed limit), parking his car in her cobbled driveway.
Getting out of his car and nervously trying to smooth down his hair again, Logan placed the car keys in his pocket, walking up the steps to her house.
It was a nice house; it looked really warm and friendly. Logan himself hadn't actually been over over to her house before, just to the front part of it- so he had no idea what her upstairs looked like, or parts of her kitchen. Her living room was to his right side view, so he was able to see that.
Logan took a breath, shook out all the nerves in his body, and rang the doorbell, patiently waiting and smoothing out his hair before Melody would come to open the door.
What should he say when she opens the door? "Hello"? "Good morning"? "Hi"? Logan had no idea, but he certainly didn't want to say something silly in-front of her.
Logan stopped trying to flatten his hair, as it was not working, and his hair was even more flopped and looking a little all over the place. Kind-of like "bedhead", but not that extreme.

Bella woke the next morning to her alarm clock. She instantly shot out of bed, dressing silently and quickly into a long-sleeved shirt and jeans. Though it was August, she had to wear this. This was the only way she could hide her many bruises, all caused by her father. She rushed to the bathroom quickly, spending less than three minuetes preparing herself before instantly going down the the kitchen. The teen made a big breakfast quickly, just as her father came lumbering downstairs. He instantly grabbed the whole plate, leaving the teen to quickly make herself some bacon. Just as she went to go sit down, she felt her hair being pulled hard. She bit back a scream of pain as he made a growl of a speech in her ear. "Did I say you could make yourself something?" Instantly, she replied. "N-no, sir. Sorry sir." She said, but her hair was pulled again before her father let her go. She dropped the bacon on the table, manageing to grab atleast one and stuff it in her mouth before grabbing her backpack and waiting by the door. Five minuetes later, her father was driving his van, the girl with her bag in her lap in the passenger seat, leaning as closely to the window as she could without it being noticeable. They soon arrived at school, Bella instantly climbing out. "Don't talk to anyone, you hear? I can find out if you did!" He said as started to close the door. The teen quickly said 'yes sir' before starting towards school, keeping her eyes on the ground.
