North was mucking out Eldago's dirty stall, huffing as she rolled the blue wheel burrow that was of used to be in the stallion's stall, to the left over pile where she dumped it now. North using a shaking hand wiped sweat from her forehead, as she looked up into the small sliver of light that started rising a little more. She sighed, leaning on her pitchfork, dazzled by the lovely sunrise. She smiled, picking her pitchfork up and leaning it against the barn, before starting to jog through the tall corn fields back home.

Myrie looked in the mirror and decided she was ready for her first day of school. Her hair was flipped into her favorite hair style and wore a new outfit that even her dad had said she looked good in. She drove in her blue 66 Ford to school with her one shoulder book bag in the passenger seat and happily pulled into a nice parking spot.

North ran into her house, and jogged up stairs. She pulled on a blue plaid shirt with rolled up sleeves, jean shorts and her Van shoes that were rainbow colored with little brown, white and black horses all over them. North pulled her hair back into a ponytail, and pulled a black head band over some loose strands.

After fixing her hair a little more, she put some lip gloss on and grabbed her book bag. Finally she got herself ready, and hopped outside to put Eldago into his clean stall. She ran through the field, whistling to her horse as she approached the huge red barn.

Bella woke the next morning to her alarm clock. She instantly shot out of bed, dressing silently and quickly into a long-sleeved shirt and jeans. Though it was August, she had to wear this. This was the only way she could hide her many bruises, all caused by her father. She rushed to the bathroom quickly, spending less than three minuetes preparing herself before instantly going down the the kitchen. The teen made a big breakfast quickly, just as her father came lumbering downstairs. He instantly grabbed the whole plate, leaving the teen to quickly make herself some bacon. Just as she went to go sit down, she felt her hair being pulled hard. She bit back a scream of pain as he made a growl of a speech in her ear. "Did I say you could make yourself something?" Instantly, she replied. "N-no, sir. Sorry sir." She said, but her hair was pulled again before her father let her go. She dropped the bacon on the table, manageing to grab atleast one and stuff it in her mouth before grabbing her backpack and waiting by the door. Five minuetes later, her father was driving his van, the girl with her bag in her lap in the passenger seat, leaning as closely to the window as she could without it being noticeable. They soon arrived at school, Bella instantly climbing out. "Don't talk to anyone, you hear? I can find out if you did!" He said as started to close the door. The teen quickly said 'yes sir' before starting towards school, keeping her eyes on the ground.

(Yeah, I think they should have started dating before school started. They could have lockers next to each other's, except there is one locker in between theirs. It could go melody, some kid, then Logan. Maybe they could go to school together? Like share a ride. )

Myrie exited the car and retrieved her bag. She leaned against the side of her truck and whipping out her phone, obeying the rules of her house, she sent a quick text to her mom saying she made it to school safely. She slid her phone back into her pocket and she looked around and saw a girl wearing a sweater? In August? But she just smiled and waved at the girl. However the girl just met her eyes which were filled with fear and ran away. Myrie felt her heart sink. "Fine then" she muttered. She heard a few whistles as she walked down the hall and she smiled, waved, and winked at all who did.
