Wow, its so beautiful here.. Peyton thought to herself as she walked over and sat on a park bench, located near the lake. Her blue eyes scanned the area. A few teenage kids swam in the water, others walked and talked with friends. All the while Peyton was sitting alone on the bench. I mean dont get me wrong, Peyton was totally fine with being alone. Actually she was very much used to it. At school she was just one of those kids who would float by.. One of the kids people wouldnt give two thoughts about. It didnt bother Peyton though. She was used to it by now. Basically her only friend was the piano. Oh yes the piano. Her favorite. Peyton had always been interested in playing piano. It was her strong point. Whenever she was feeling down or depressed, or even when she was just feeling alone- she would always sit down and play piano.
Peyton furrowed her eyebrows at the thought. She wished they had a piano here. Then maybe Peyton would have a better time. But as for now she just sat and watched the beautiful lake water splash onto the shore.

The smile on her face grew as she could slightly tell he had looked at her and she picked up the Mountain Dew to take a sip, there was a bit of alcohol in it that she liked with the the taste of the soda. Gingerly, she took his hand and shook it, "The name is Riley." She hated her first name and never told it to anyone if it wasn't required. Her flirtatious side would show at some point.

Halina gave a bright smile and shook Frank's hand, a good handshake- not one of those wimpy finger handshakes.
"I'm Halina." She introduced, taking a seat on the moss next to Frank. He seemed a little flustered; it was cute.
"Do you want me to get you some ice?" she asked, her mother-hen instincts kicking in. Maybe if she was lucky she could nurse him back to health and then he'd fall in love with her vis florence nightingale effect. She gave an internal chuckle at the ridiculous thought. It was only a sprained ankle. And it wasn't going to be amputated.
"And, if you don't mind me asking," she quickly added, "How on earth did y'all get here? We had to come here in a boat, it's a really secluded area." she mentally chided herself for being so nosy the moment those words came out of her mouth. But she really was curious. She gave another semi nervous smile, pushing her sunglasses up her nose: a habit from when she'd had glasses.

Frank - - 19 - - With Halina

'i don't care if you're overrated, or staring at the edge of the world.'

"Thanks, but I think I'm okay for the moment." His smile then turnt into that of a thankful one, pushing his out of place fringe more so to the side of his face.
"I don't even know man-" he paused, "sorry, I know some girls don't like to be called that. It's kind of a habit." God, he was even making himself cringe now. Hopefully not to be mistaken for an expression of pain, she would probably tell him to 'suck it up' like he had been told by the others when he tripped at first.
"Uh, so we were hiking and some genius got us lost and I'm not sure how, but he landed up here after a while. Good job we did though, nobody thought to let us all take a break for a few hours and hopping a few kilometres really takes it out of you." he seemed to have finally managed to spit out a reasonable reply to her question, not making himself out to be too much of an idiot. Thankfully.

Halina laughed a little and patted Frank's shoulder.
"Dude, it's totally fine. I really don't care what you call me- unless it's really rude or something. Or a fig. Don't call me a fig."
Why am I so awkward?? Why would I need to tell him that? I doubt he was going to call me fig.
She diverted her attention back to Frank.
"Are you sure you don't want ice? That's what's best for a twisted ankle. Or are you hungry? Thirsty?" She cut herself short before she could ramble further. He was a big boy, he didn't need to be looked after like a baby guinea pig.
"Well, if you need anything, anything at all, just name it." she finished with a smile.
"So..." she began, wanting to keep the conversation flowing, "What do you like to do for fun?
