- Talia stared into her drink, watching the red liquid from it swirl around the lime she had just dropped in. After a few moments, she brought the drink up to her lips taking a deep swallow. The cranberry taste filled her throat and the glass was drained within a minute, the lime only left inside the glass. The vodka hit her hard, but there was no drink that she couldn't take. The girl lifted her eyes up and glanced around her surroundings, her eyes traveling from face to face with caution. Talia was a party animal, always going to the biggest parties and clubs around the city, but she never, repeat never, got wasted. She kept her guard up to everyone around her, making sure to trust no one and kept her distance from anyone who wanted to approach her when they were sober. Talia opened her purse to fish out a reasonable amount of money to tip the bartender that had served her. The money in her hand, the girl was about to close her purse until she realized she hadn't brought her drugs. Annoyance gripped her, but she ignored the feeling and pushed on. There had ought to be someone with a good pack of marijuana. Dropping the tip from her hand at the counter, Talia slid out of her leather stool and approached the dance floor. Plenty of people seemed high tonight and that only made craving for the feeling of drugs to come to her even worse, but all the girl did was bite her lip hard and occupied her mind with her running away 'problem'. All she knew was that she had to leave the city soon, maybe to Boston or maybe even farther away to San Francisco or somewhere. Talia was immediately snapped out of her thoughts when she felt a hand wrap around her waist, pulling her closer towards whoever was behind her. Paranoia crawled up her spine, her senses becoming aware of everything. She heard a gruff and deeper voice whisper into her ear something that wasn't worth repeating. A smirk planted itself onto Talia's face as she turned around her lips almost meeting the stranger's until she pulled back away from him and walked off. She didn't need to waste her time around people like him. Besides, he mostly likely didn't have any cash to spare. Talia ran her fingers through her blond hair before cocking her head to the left of the club and immediately her stare lingered. There was a man or woman, most likely a man with his or her's hood up and an obvious mask on his/here's face. There was trouble and it was going to hit soon, but all Talia did was stand there, her cool glare scanning the man.
