"There's something else. It's not just some stupid cliche. Oh, I don't love you anymore." he mocked her in a high pitched voice on the last sentence. "Well, suck it up. Tell me the real reason. Now."

Elliot saw Sydney enter the camper and take a seat on the floor. He smiled, approaching her. "Hey, sweetie." He said softly with a smile, sitting down beside her, leaning against the seat beside her, not looking at her phone screen. The young man wasn't sure if she wanted him to see what she was looking at, so he gave her some privacy. He wanted her to feel comfortable. He had his camera with him and was in the mood to take pictures. Or in this case, pictures of Sydney. She was beautiful and he's love to capture that on camera.
Her eyes redirected from her phone to Elliot as he approached her and she was in a better mood from her phone she smiled. "Hey." She said somewhat nice and gentle. There were always things about her that she wanted to change, but never knew how and it made her confidence plummet. But those were the things she kept hidden. Most likely the reason she was always so secluded. She dropped her phone into her bag after clicking the lock button, "What up?" She asked playfully, wondering what was going on with the group. So much drama.

"Oh, nothing." Elliot gave small shrug. "Just wanted to be with my favorite girl in the world." He said, seeming cheesy, but it was true. The young man scooted closer to as she put away her phone. He put his arm around her loosely, looking over at her how. "How are you, sweetness?" He wasn't sure why, but he liked calling her anything that involved the word sweet or anything similar. Sweetie, sweetheart, sweetness, even sugar and honey. He's been told that it's weird, that parents call their kids sweetheart, but in his personal experience, he had never been called any of those nicknames. His parents had teasingly called him Ellie. Elliot tried ignoring the argument he was hearing but he couldn't help but get curious. "What's going on with the others?" He lowered his voice, making it audible to only Sydney.
