Jake felt the quick kiss on his lips which made him continue blushing, well either way he would be blushing but it just made him blush a deeper color of red. Jake looked at Brendon when he asked him the question, Jake then answered him,"Yes, I am." Jake was still happy and feeling shy as could ever be, his first kiss had been with a boy that was just like his Dad someone who would hurt him badly physically and verbally. It made Jake feel nervous at times like this and worried about how things would end, he always worried about the future instead of focusing on the present.

Brendon honestly couldn't think of hurting someone, not intentionally. Sometimes he had a bit of an anger problem though, but that was because he was so protective. If someone hurt someone that he cared about then.. he tended to get a little bit violent. But never with someone he cared about or liked, like Jake. Now he only wanted to care for the boy, but he didn't want to smother him either. Especially since they weren't really dating or anything, and he didn't know if Jake really liked him. He didn't even know how much he liked Jake, but he knew he did. "Do you want to maybe do something sometime? I mean, we're doing something now but... I don't know. Jake thought about Brendon, how he felt comfortable around him. Well he felt more comfortable around him than anybody else beside his best friend who had always been there for him, Jake looked at Brendon and stared at him. He then listened carefully to what he said next and smiled at Brendon, he then answered him, "Yeah, of course." Jake continued to smile as he thought of the feeling he had for Brendon, he did like him and a lot but he wasn't sure what Brendon felt which made him feel a bit afraid.

Brendon smiled when he said yes, not really expecting him too since he had messed the question up so badly. When he finally looked back to the screen, the movie was almost over. It made him sad, probably because he didn't want his time with Jake to end. But he also didn't really know another excuse to get the boy to stay, so he sort of just figured he was going to have to let him go. Sighing as the credits started rolling, he stayed quiet, hoping Jake would just stay.

Jake continued to smile shyly and watched Brendon look at the screen as Jake looked at the screen as well. The movie was over and Jake sighed and looked at Brendon. He didn't want to leave since he would just go back to being bored and he really like being with Brendon too, he decided ask him if he felt better so he asked,"Do you feel better now?" Jake was still concerned about his headache and about his hang over and he hoped he felt better.

Brendon smiled and nodded, "A lot." It was probably good that they didn't go swimming, he had been a little dizzy and that wouldn't have been the best idea. And he didn't think he would have gotten to kiss Jake if they had been swimming, so this was definitely better. Unfortunately, now the movie was over, and he didn't know what to do. "Video games?" He asked, very hesitant. Did Jake still want to be with him? He hadn't left yet, which was a good sign.

Jake was happy that Brendon had felt better, he smiled at Brendon and thought about how he was lucky to meet him since he was tired to enough to sit down and watch him sleep which sounded creepy. Jake listened to Brendon's question and was shocked that he still wanted to spend time with him, or did he really. Jake then asked Brendon,"Are you sure that's okay, I don't want you to become bored or annoyed with my existence." Jake was unsure of how Brendon was going to answer, if he wanted Jake to leave then he would leave, if he wanted him to stay then he would stay.

Brendon was honestly pretty tired. Even for sleeping half the day. It must have been the hangover, and the Tylenol. But he still did not want to get rid of Jake. Either way, he wasn't just going to tell him to get out. That would be rude, and he wanted Jake to like him, not think he was a jerk. "You aren't boring, and you don't annoy me. I like being with you," he todl him, offering the other boy a smile. "I'm just sort of tired..." He murmured, looking down at his hands. "Probably the headache, or the Tylenol."

Jake smiled at Brendon as he listened to him and watched him carefully and then said to him,"Well that makes two of us, I guess I should leave you alone so you can get some rest." Jake continued to smile wondering what would happen next, if Brendon wanted him to go then he would probably go walk around and continue to remember places so he knew where everything was at 100% knowledge since his biggest fear was to get lost..

Brendon frowned, not because he was upset, but because he still didn't want to be without Jake. "I'd say you should just stay, but I don't know how crazy you are about watching me sleep." He said, laughing tiredly as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Or sleeping with someone you haven't even been on a date with," obviously not figuratively sleeping together, just, well, literally sleeping together. Which would be nice but he didn't want to force anything on Jake to make him feel uncomfortable.
