He smiled as she took his arm. He decided to help her with her bags and picked them up with his other hand. "How about we drop these off at your rooms and then we will explore the palace?" He waited for her approval as the approached the doors of the extravagant castle.

She smiled approvingly and thankfully as he took her bags, but took one of the smaller bags off of her small pile to carry, so she wouldn't feel so bad.
"That sounds wonderful. I would like that a lot." She replied.
"Thank you for not being angry about this, and if you are, then I'm sorry that this happened. But I'm willing to try and make the best of this situation..." She began but faded out when she felt things were awkward.

His heart leaped. "Oh sure" he said trying to make sure she didn't feel bad. "I'm just glad you're not angry" he guided her up the stairs and into the castle where they went to her rooms and put down her things. "Would you like time to unpack or would you like to explore?" He didn't know this girl and felt it would be good to allow her a choice and a chance to let her speak for herself about what she liked.

Her heart thudded quickly as they made their way to her room, she didn't know what to feel or think but she felt okay at that moment.
"I was at first, when my family first told me about the set up... But now I don't want to dwell on it, like I said, I want to make the most of this." She told him quickly.
"I'm interested in this tour, I can unpack later." She decided looking up at him with a smile.

Aiden nodded at her. He sighed with relief then decided to start with the top and go all the way down to the part that didn't matter and were not interesting. He escorted her to the top making a mental note of her eyes. They were beautiful and peircing. They were at the top, he showed her the observatory. He wondered if she liked astronomy. ((Sorry I've been gone I've been grounded))

She took in all of her surroundings with subtle awe. She loved to learn, being a scholar was her dream so when she saw the observatory she really just wanted to examine everything.
"This is lovely." she commented quietly looking up at him, taking in the curve of his lips, the stature of his cheekbones. Small things that she knew she could grow to adore very quickly.

(All is well, I am also sorry I've been gone, I had a musical performance over the weekend of the 24-27 and was gone a lot for it. I'm trying to get on more though.)

Aiden was excited to see her eyes widen in awe, this is lovely, she said and he beamed. He looked at her and found her looking at him. He loved her eyes, so full of life, and they sparkled in the light when she turned her head just right. "If you like, we can stay here for a minute and let you look around, we don't have to move on yet, I mean, we pretty much have the rest of our lives, right?" He looked away from her hoping his blush didn't show on his cheeks. He prepared for a reaction.

She looked away with an intense blush coloring her cheeks when he caught her admiring him, and looked back to all the other pieces to the magnificent room. She listened to his every word about staying for a few moments and she had fancied the thought of staying. But she really wanted to see the rest of the palace to. She blushed even more when he mentioned they had the rest of their lives and on that instinct, subconsciously she knitted her fingers with his, taking his hand.
"Maybe we could come back later? I'm really interested to see what else lies behind the doors." she commented quietly, yet hopeful. She hoped he'd be okay with moving. She didn't want to make him leave if he wanted to stay.

Spoken like a girl of his own heart, or mind, or whatever, and as she took his hand with hers Aiden felt a rushing energy. He nodded at her suddenly shy. He escorted her to the bottom of the palace, and made that trip quick and began working his way up with the tours.
