and after that a clock is activated with one more year for each citizen.
Time is a currency and the wealthy that live in the New Greenwich are immortals
while the poor live in ghettos in time zones are exploited and forced to live with
a few hours or days, and need to work, borrow, beg or steal to stay alive.
Thieves steal time and the timekeepers control the society.

Rules, yes i have them, and yes they are important as they contain information about this role play.

Common sense, Use your common sense and follow Tess's rules. No character is perfect, they all have flaws, no one can steal anothers full time, in other words clock them out / kill them, without the player permission. You may, if you are under the time thief character category, steal another characters time, without their permission, to cause character drama. You may not steal over three days from another character, unless they have over ten years on their clock.

Characters, Due to limited spaces you may have a maximum of two characters only,i repeat two. Although you may have only one character, but no more than two, and please keep your characters active. I dont want people that have two character and only play with one, its a waste of a spot. Another note when making you characters, I dont want anyone making a rich character that lives in the ghetto, or any poor characters living in the upper time zone, that not how it works. ghetto. Only rich/upper time zone characters can travel too and from the ghetto, although it is not a common thing for them to do, the lower class characters from the ghetto cannot travel between the time zones, as they cannot afford it on their clock. Finally, when posting at the top of your post please add the time currently on your characters clock / arm, which is also used for money, and goes down as a normal clock if unspent, remember people from the ghetto usually only have around a week on their clock at a time.

Character roles, Ill keep this short and simple, stick to your characters role! If your character is listed as a time thief, you dont give away time and be all nice. If your character is listed as a time keeper, you practically just keep an eye on time and make sure the poor / lower class dont suddenly end up with a rapid change in time. Hopefully you get the point.

Age limit, All characters must be over the age of 25, as this is the age that they stop aging, and when posting your form, write age 25 and then you characters real age, which can be anything as no one dies unless their clock times out.

Posting and activeness,This is semi-lit, not highly semi-lit, but please have at least a 4-5 line response. Im sick and tired of people writing a single sentence and expecting a fairly good response when there is nothing to go off except for," she sat down," that is the most annoying thing to reply to. Another thing, dont make a form and never post, if you dont post within three days of the role play starting, i will indeed allow someone else to take you place, and i also expect you to post at least once a day, but you have three days to make you first post. Any major inactiveness and i will dismiss you without any warnings.

Language and "themes", Okay fist things, no swear words, i wont allow them, not even with letter blocks, this is just not the kind of role play that will be needing them. Although you may use alternative words and minor harsh language like, " hell" and Damn." Also, i do love romance, but anything that goes beyond suitable must instantly fade to black, and i dont want any pregnancy's it is never intended to have pregnant character in the role play. I am a major fan of romance and drama, so please add as much as you want, but keep in mind that love does not happen instantly.

Forms, Make your own forms please, and make sure i can clearly see what important, and if you wish to make a reservation please do pm me. Posting, okay i am in love with fancy posts, but if you are unable to make fancy post i completely understand. Each time you post for your character, you post must have up the top your characters name, what character section they are from, e.g. Time keepers / Timeless, and if required please add their position. Finally please add the amount on you clock, and this must change, as it cannot stay the same day by day.

Time, time can be gained by working, you can earn up to a maximum of 24 hours, one day, from working an eight hour shift. Also time is money, as you spend it the time you have left to live goes down, and once it reaches zero you clock out / die, once you die theres no coming back. You can give time to others, and others can steal time from you by getting ones arm with their clock and taking it from them.

My name is Juliet Avatci Parker i do believe. Like all names mine does have a meaning, and i am more then happy to share this with you. The name Juliet is of Latin origin and originally meant 'youthful, Jove's child.' The diminutive suffix 'et' or 'ette' in French, means small, or cute, making Juliet a diminutive form of the name Julie or Julia. My mother named be after Juliet Capulet. Juliet Capulet was the name of the female main character in “Romeo & Juliet”. Names were extremely important in this play because their love was impossible because of a long-standing feud between their two families. The name Juliet is also very elegant and sweet, just like myself, well thats what i believe. I am indeed twenty five, but isnt everyone? all i do is look at age as a number, nothing more nothing less, just a number. Is age really important, or does it just stand for the amount of meaningless years you have lived on this planet, honestly, what is the point of age? Nothing. Exactly. I am British, and yes i have one of them cute accents, and im in love with it, Entirley. Moving on then i guess, i am a female, and if you cannot see that, then im afraid you must be blind. I am not to be confusion for a guy with my deep rustic voice, sometime if you cannot see me you can be stuck between a debate of male or female. My voice was never very feminine, but its not a total male voice either, its sought of a new creation, a cross between vocals. Now i am not the skinniest girl out, as in my opinion girls these days a bone thin, i mean hello were did all you body go? Seriously it looks as if your a skeleton in a suit, some wacky suit. But i love my body just the way it is and i currently measure in at about 130 pounds, and trust me i have no intention of loosing any of this weight, if anything ill be gaining more, i just cant help it, when im around food its just pulling me towards it. Now for my height, i am not short but i wouldn't call myself tall either, im average, i think. Average is a good thing, your not to tall and your not to short, your right in the middle, the perfect size. The exact measurement of my height would have to around 175cm maybe more, maybe less, im not really sure, its just a guess.

I am a party girl and i love to party all night long, if there's a party i am there, honestly you cant hide a good time from me. I am also a major social butterfly, you cant find a shy bone in me, well at least thats what ive been told from time to time, but honestly i am the kind of girl that would approach someone just because they were good looking. Being able to approach people with ease also makes me a major flirt, honestly, half the words that come from my mouth are flirtatious or cheeky in one way or another. I am a cheeky girl with an answer for everything, so be warned, can you handle what i have to say? Talking about that, i am also really honest and i therefore will speak whats on my mind, nothings a secret with me, and i have a bad habit of keeping secrets as well so be warned. I am never a silent mouse, i am always yapping away at stuff that may turn out to be pointless, but hey, im young, wild and free. I dont really have a nasty attitude, my attitude may depend on how you treat me, if you treat me the way i deserve with respect and loyalty i will return the favor, but if you try to pull some stuck up girl snobby attitude on me, im afraid im going to have to put you in your place, and trust me it wont be pretty.

You might want to know about how my life has been, my so called history, well i guess i am more than happy to explain it too you. I am completely clueless on where to start, but maybe ill start with my family. I grew up in a small town house in the country, okay just because i grew up in a country town does not make me a farm girl or anything, so please dont dare judge me on my history if i dare to open up to you. so i grew up with my mum and dad, they were loving and caring, but still expected me to be their perfect little girl, and of course i never was, im wild, the beast inside of me cannot be tamed. Now back to my parents, My mum was a beautician and my dad a pilot, quite an odd couple i know right, i have no idea how they met but im glad they did, other wise the amazing me would never be here. So continuing on, when i was thirteen my dad passed on, well really he was in a car crash but i prefer not to talk about. After the passing my mum was never able to keep up on all the bills and we had to move in town in a smaller house, and less freedom. So after all that i had to get a job at a coffee shop, and its terrible, as im not the working type of person, i just wish you could get a job, do nothing, and then get payed, that would be the best job ever. So if i ever open up to you about my history, dont ignore it, i dont open up to many people, i try to hide behind my whole party girl act.

Ｍｙ Ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ

So i have already explained to you my height and weight but how about we get more into my lovely facial features such as the color of my hair and eyes, the way my face looks, and what about my skin tone, this is some important information dont ya think. I have a pair of dazzling blue eyes, honestly, they shine like sapphires. I have ever so long blonde hair that is almost as soft as a rabbits coat, i normally like to wear my hair down, but i also do enjoy tying it above my head in a gorgeous bun adding a little bow, sometimes not so little, i can go a bit overboard sometimes, but on the odd occasion i will tie my hair back into long flowing ponytail. I have fairly tan skin, well not over the top tanned but just an average beach babe tan no to dark but not to light. I have a nose piercing on the right side of my nose, i do prefer to wear a small silver stud in it but sometimes i will wear a small nose ring in it just to give my look a little more pizzazz. As well as my nose piercing i do have a few holes in my ear, just enough to fit a chain through them, but thats only on the one ear, the other is just occupied with a simple stud, just one nothing too fancy. A long with these piercings i have a few tattoos, nothing too fancy just some things that may not make sense to you, starting off i have the deathly hollow sign on the back of my neck, dont know what this is, well its a harry potter thing, maybe you should check out the movies. I also have a small camera along my arm close to my wrist, why a camera you may ask, well why not a camera, well that and im also a big fan of photography, finally, dont ask me about this one cause i got it when i was out of my mind, so really there is no purpose to it but i have three birds tattooed among my wrist.

Well were should i begin with my interest, there is just so many marvelous things that i love love love, and im not afraid to express my most craziest likes. Well i love movies especially harry potter, its so magical, well in my opinion it is, but i really dont car about yours, no offence. Okay this next part might sound a bit weird, but trust me it just gets weirder, if that makes any sense, well i love the smell of new things, mainly new clothes, i dont know why but they smell things, i also like the smell of laundry powder not the cheep stuff that is completely garbage, the more expensive fancy stuff, the stuff that smells nice. I also like soft things, like rabbits and my hair and other stuff, but i just love to run my hands through soft things, soft things are the key to heaven, in my opinion anyway. Okay now for one of my major likes, winter, i love winter, the coldness of winter, because i love to snuggle up in warm fluffy blankets and i love wearing over sized jumpers, its just a thing. finally i am going to let you know another one of my likes, i could sit here all day listing them but im sure ill just end up blabbering away, maybe even end up off topic. Okay so my final like to be reviled, is my obsession with shoes, i just love them, all kinds and over the years i have built up quite a collection, so many that i cant even count, and some i have never worn before, its just shocking, but what can i say, im a girl.

Okay now i dont like everything i am a bit of a fuss ball and have numerous dislikes, including romance films, please dont ask me why but everything about them makes me want to barf, honestly, i cant handle them. I also have a massive fear of spiders, seriously they are creepy creatures, what is up with them. I also hate cleaning, its my worst nightmare, you can probably tell by now that im not a very organized person, and cleaning well that just isnt a thing i do. The next thing is lack of sleep, but im pretty sure im not the only one who hate it when they are super tired and really want to go out in party, pushing your self to party is just tiring i guess, if that makes any sense. Im going to give you one last thing that i strongly dislike, this being super organised people, i mean like people that know what they are going to do in five years time, it playing out insane, seriously sometimes i dont even know what im going to do tomorrow, so i have a message for those people, calm down and live your life now
