Spencer wrapped his arms around her holding Eleanor tightly in his arms. "I'll be gone for about a year and a half but I might get a two week visitation back home halfway through. As for the country I'm not exactly sure. It's somewhere in the Middle East but it could actually be multiple countries..."he sighed quietly. Spencer closed his eyes tightly when he felt the hot tears form in his eyes. He tried his best to keep from crying trying to stay strong for Eleanor.

Eleanor didn't really answer him but hugged him still, "can you take me home?" She said still crying as she stepped away from him a little, she put her sunglasses on and played with her hair in sadness waiting for an answer.

~Spencer~
Spencer sighed and released her from the hug. He briefly turned away from her just long enough to wipe his eyes. "Yea come on. I'm parked just up here" he said looking off in the direction of the parking lot. With a quick pull spencer pulled the keys out of his pocket and began walking in the direction of his jeep. Well what now? You wait and hope she stays with you? I guess that's the only thing you can do. You may have just lost the best girl you'll ever have.. he thought as he walked.

Eleanor followed him to his car and stood near the passengers side door, she waited for him out open the car. "When do you leave?" She said looking at the traffic going past, she had just ran about 2k's from her house, she was getting thirsty. Eleanor looked at the smoothie shop across the road and then at the ground.

~Spencer~
The keys jingled in Spencer's hand as he walked to the jeep. He hit the button on the key chain and the jeeps doors instantly unlocked. "Friday" he said plainly no emotion detectable in his voice. On the inside he wanted to break down and cry but the outside told a different story. As he looked over at Eleanor he noticed her glancing over at the smoothie shop across the road. Spencer opened up the jeep door and got in. He glanced over at Eleanor "do you want a smoothie?" He asked.

Eleanor looked at Spencer, "maybe?" She said with a slight smile on her face, she was still hurt but ran out of tears, she got into the car and fixed her hair slightly. She looked at him as she applied lipgloss.

"I'll take that as a yes" he replied forcing a small smile on his face. Spencer started up the jeep and drove across the road to the smoothie shop. He adjusted the hat on his head even though he would just have to take it off once he got inside. "Any certain flavor? I'm feeling passion fruit, or peach, then again maybe blue raspberry. Humm decisions...." He said trailing off. Spencer hopped out of the jeep and went to Eleanor's side opening the door up for her.

Eleanor got out of the car and looked at Spencer, "strawberry and watermelon" she said texting on her phone to her mother, "we better hurry up, mums getting annoying and wants me to clean my room" she sighed as she put her phone away and walked into the smoothie shop.

Spencer nodded as he walked in. "When are you ever going to move out? If my parents were like that I would be gone as soon as I possibly could. Thankfully though my parents are pretty laid back" he said with a shrug. Spencer walked in the store and up to the counter. He ordered a strawberry watermelon for Eleanor and a passion fruit for himself. Within minutes the girl at the counter had finished and handed him the drinks. The girl gave him a sweet smile and flicked her hair as she watched him take the drinks. "Uhh thanks.." He muttered awkwardly.

Eleanor looked at Spencer, "well I don't have the money unless I live on the streets plus I've just turned 18" she said with a slight smile, she looked at the girl at the front counter, "go find a boy thats not taken yeah?" She said giving the girl a weird look before walking out of the smoothie shop.
