Spring walked swiftly into the principal's office giving a kind smile too the principal, sitting down slowly in a empty chair.

Before Alison knew it,she was being shoved out of the way by some chick, she didn't even know what standing there." Um. Sorry?" She said to her. Then she started throwing dodge balls at the coach randomly, what is up with her Alison said to herself. She had a look of confusion on her face.

I looked back and forth between Sloane and the other girl. What was going on? I was completely confused and more than a little scared. I just nodded at the girl and mumbled a thanks, then looked over at Sloanes detention slip and smiled a little. If I had woken up this morning knowing all this would have happened, would I have come to school? Definitely. This was...fun. In a terrifying sort of way. Besides, I'd love to see coach get a taste of his own medicine any time.

" Hey, I didn't catch your name?" She said to the guy. She smiled politely at him.

Spring quietly sat, deep in a daydream. She snapped out of it, rolling her shoulders a little of boredom.

I grinned cheekily as he returned it, backing up a step so the girl could continue to stare at him. I admired my prize before crumbling it up and stuffing it in my pocket. I tugged at the bottom's of my black vest type of thing before yawning as the girl spoke. Geez, is she still here? I'm terrible with females. "This is my first detention since two months ago. I was gonna break my three month record." I snapped with defeat, as if genuinely upset by it. I sat down on the bleachers right next to us all like I had eight times already, re-tying my shoelaces. What's your name? She asked him kindly. Ew. Why is she doing that? Ew. Is this how people talk to each other?

I wasn't sure what was going on, but I kinda liked this small amount of popularity. Beats social leprosy any day. Maybe Sloane was right, having her as a friend seemed to help people like me. I just hadn't expected it to work so quickly. "Um..Toby. And y-you are?" even though this was hard, I'm sure I could push through this. I mean, having friends was worth a little anxiety now and then, right? Right?

She kept her smile on her face, and replied," Allison." Then awkwardly added," My cousin's name is Toby." Then decided to ignore all the huffs and puffs going on next to her

I nodded and scratched the back of my head, yet again! I'm going to end up in the nurses ofice with a gaping head wound. "Fascinating. Well, I don't want another detention. Better..." I gestured to the gym behind me where people were doing,...sporty stuff. I should go and pretend I was being active instead of getting in trouble yet again.
