I could tell something was wrong when his tone changed, i looked at him carefully, noticing his frown and clenched fists. "A-are you okay?" I asked without thinking. I cursed myself in my mind- I didn't mean to say that out loud, well I can't take it back now- I looked up at him timidly, really hoping he wasn't mad.

"Peachy..." Zigzag murmured, obviously the exact opposite of what he had answered with. "And would you cut the stammering? I feel like I'm going to fall over from listening so damn hard." That's better, he told himself. Reject him, make him regret ever talking to you. Next time, know your place a little better. Freak... He shuddered hard. "F**..."

(Sorry I haven't been on today, I won't be on much tomarrow either- sorry)
I bit my lip, didn't notice my stammering much anymore but I hate it, I wanted to help zigzag but don't know how. I needed to to at least try and say something without damn stammering. I was sorry, sorry i had ever talked or had been born, then dad wouldn't hate me, and mom would be alive- i cut myself off, couldn't go into that again. I couldnt do anything, i took a deep breath and concentrated "I'm...sorry" i said, surprised at the fact that i could, but mostly worried about zigzag, was he ok? No, what could i do? Nothing- nothing at all- useless.

Akira stepped out of her parents car. "Be safe hunny!" her mother said out of the passenger side of the sleek black town car. "Angie shut up she will be fine. The place is full of other delinquent's just like her, she will fit right in." her step father said. Akira just ignored both of them and walked towards the door to go in lowering the mask onto her face. She would be free of her parents in a few months when she turned 18. Akira knew she was a little late but she always had wanted to make a big impression, even if it was just with people her own age. She walked in the doors and took a deep breath before going for the ball room.

Hahaha...." she inwardly groaned at how lame that sounded "Okay stupid question... um what do you like doing in your spare time? Or do you have any hobbies or anything...?" she tilted her head curiously.

"And the apologies!" Zigzag threw his hands up into the air, his inner voice running circles around his hand as it told- no, demanded his cooperation. He quickly stood up, obviously about to leave. "It was a mistake trying to talk to you...We might be similar, but we are worlds apart." Sharp and swift, like the box cutter he had hiding under his bed at home. Break those tides of Grecian water you love so damn much, he spat at himself. Let it be the last thing you see of him, a reminder of the ties you can't ever form. Growling at himself, Zigzag marched off back inside. Sure he was throwing himself to the wolves, but he knew how to handle himself in larger groups, due to relentless attacks in the cafeteria, not to mention the dance after-

Akira saw a boy crumple to the ground and she ran to help him. She had had some training in how to help people and she thought this boy might need CPR or something. "Are you ok?" she asked
