Billy awoke to the running of a faulty engine, a moan coming from the nineteen year old as he opened his eyes to see the bright morning light shining in through the car window. He remembered coming in last night late after a few drinks with his friends and his dad having asked him to work on the car, clearly Billy wasn't the only one who hadn't been thinking straight last night, "Oi, does sleepin' beauty plan on gettin' of 'is royal arse anytime today?" Gavin, Billy's dad called to him as the boy rubbed his hand down his face, "Maybe e'll think 'bout it , but don'y get you hopes up." He replied as he opened the door, only to get jumped on my his three large rough haired collies as he fell backwards again across the seats, feeling Lassie beginning to lick at his face, "Mornin' my little lassie, you been bein' a good girl?" He asked the only female of his three dogs, Lassie was his angel, the sun shined out of her arse as far as he was concerned, she just couldn't put a foot wrong, and well she ended to play the innocent little' lassie around him.
"You goin' swimmin' with the fishes again today boy?" Gavin called over his shoulder as he was working on the old mustang car model which they had recently received to work with, well saying that they found it at the junkyard and got chased a few miles by the police over stealing 'Private Property' Yeah, cause you could really call a junkyard private. "Course I am, can'y be stuck with you all day, you'll bore me to death." With that Billy escaped inside, chuckling as he heard the sound of something hitting the wall where he'd just been, more than likely a spanner of some sorts. He rubbed Bono's head as the dog nuzzled into his leg before continuing, spotting his brother, Brick's head hanging over the sofa. A grin spread across his face as he snuck up behind him, jumping the sofa to land squarely on his stomach, "Wakey wakey baby brother." He said, slapping his hands onto his cheeks teasingly as he moaned at him to stop, "I did be tell you not to drink last night, this is why you don't challenge me to a drink of mate." He said, jumping back off of him just to be hit with the pillow, well at least it wasn't a spanner.
Billy headed for the stairs, going up onto the second and top floor of his house as he went into the bathroom, deciding to get a quick shower to wash up and get rid of the smell of alcohol, after all he had to set some sort of good example... Language doesn't count. He turned the shower on as he shut the door so the dogs wouldn't be in, it was fact he never locked doors, why? Well it just used that extra bit of effort, plus if he was never hiding anything he had no need to lock himself away, so it seemed like a good way to work with things. Once the water was alright he hopped in, letting the water run over him for a while as he washed of before getting out, securing a towel around his waist as he opened the door again, walking into his room where Shep, Lassie, and Bono were all lying up on the bed, each raising their heads and tilting them slightly as if asking if they could come with him, not that he was going anywhere just yet.
Once Billy was dressed in cargo swimming shorts and a shirt over his shoulder, he began to head out, letting most of his tattoo's be visible. They all had different meanings, just some of their meanings weren't so obvious... He had left the three dogs at home again, since he wasn't sure what they would be like around Hope he didn't want to introduce them just yet, they were always sniffing around him whenever he came home, so maybe better to leave it at that for now. He hopped into the nearest car since his family owned quite a few -they 'rescued' the broken ones and fixed them up- and started it up as the black, scrap car let out a loud brum before beginning, not as smoothly as a good, proper car but it was still driving, counted for something. Although the car wasn't licensed, well not even Billy had a drivers license, he tended to be able to out-speed the police, they probably knew it was him by now but they tended to just leave him and his family alone, since they'd learnt they don't cooperate. Billy's family, consisting of him, his dad Gavin, and younger brother Brick, were all very close. They stick up for each other and cover for each other when needed, and had learnt to trust no one but their own blood.
Whenever Billy was finally at the aquarium he pulled in, going inside he back way as he admired the animals of which he passed, he didn't know what he'd do without this place, it got him away from oil and engines, and instead brought him to the opposite world, the world of fish and seagulls, well not so much seagulls, maybe otters or something, but still the world of sea life.
