Henley knew he was doing his best, and didn't say much as she turned away again. "Flustered; it means frustrated, upset easily." She felt odd giving him a vocab lesson. Rolling her window down, she put her hand out. The rain was barely a drizzle now, and her hand swooped through the misty air. She closed her eyes, listening to Jack's music, which wasn't half bad. She felt like she was being watched, and tried not to think about it. She opened her eyes a minute later, seeing they were near the apartment. She pulled her hand in as they pulled up.

Daniel looked at her the corner of his mouth twitched and then he frowned when she gave him a vocabulary lesson on a word that he actually knew what meant but just tried to think of something to come up with. Then turned her head and closed her eyes? She could give him some slack, keep the conversation going. He pulled up almost ripping the keys out of the engine then un buckled. "All three of you complain how I am so up tight and my social skills suck, as said by Merit. He rolled his eyes slamming the door then walking over to her side to open it for her like he always does. He threw the keys at her and turned around walking up to the door. 'You can close it yourself. he said hearing Jack hollering in the back of the car because he slammed the door on his face.

He walked up to the door opening it, The counter women said hi but he ignored her and walked away. Daniel gets annoyed easily and he the most stressed when trying to have a conversation he doesn't get along with. He didn't mean too but he doesn't realize that she confused and feel awkward too. It seems like all their conversations feel awkward and usually because the day before they had an argument or something. Now he's doesn't realizing but he's just causing the next conversation to be awkward too. It seems like the only time he tends to have a normal conversation is when some guy flirts with her and suddenly for no reason at all he best friends with her. He dosent even realize that either.

Frowning,she watched in silence as he opened the door. Henley took the keys, opened Jack's door and locked the car after he got out.She stared after Danny as he stormed off. Turning to Jack, she gave him a tiny smile before following quietly. She said hello the woman at the desk and made it to the elevator just before Daniel almost let the doors shut. She stood beside him, the only noise being the elevator dinging. When they reached the 12th floor, she walked slightly ahead of Daniel. She unlocked their door and held it for him.

He waited on the elevator looking at his phone and not looking up. He glanced down at Jack foot that tap tapping making a beat and it annoyed him. Like always. The elevator opened and he stood still letting them go first making no eye contact. Either he wasn't looking at all or he would stare at you to intimidate you or make you feel awkward. He saw her open the door and he walked by staring into her eyes every step. "Get ready were heading out soon" he said to Merit but speaking loudly to tell everyone. "Dressed nice, in black he ordered like always.

He walked into his room seconds later coming out in a nicer suit, clean, and hair shinny and brushed. He was ready to go. Tightening his collar he looked over at Henley then flinching his eyes to her room. Basically saying to get a move on. He sat down on the couch his feet resting on his knee. He looked up at Jack who laughed and said he didn't look that bad. He frowned but had a slight smile on his face. "Oh this only? Am I really that bad?" he chuckled as Jack and Merit laughed too. It was odd how he suddenly was fine once he was away from her. But it was just coincidental. He was just ready for the show and calm.

Henley looked at him as he walked past, his gaze unwavering. Once he'd finished changing, she walked into her room. She decided putting on a really good show might impress him, or at least make him a bit happier with her. She looked through her closet, and smiled. She got dressed, and came out still smiling. Her outfit was a black glittering top with tight black pants and sparkling black high-heels. Her hair was pulled over on shoulder, curled slightly. She nodded to Merit, and looked only quickly at Danny. If he was gonna be grumpy, she wasn't going to even try to talk to him.

Daniel laughed as Merit left then came back wearing his tie wrong. "Nice going" he chuckled standing up and tugging on his backwards tie. Ignoring Henley the whole time. Jack came over and fixed hi tie and Daniel laughed even more. "I am trying not to take this the wrong way. But its not working." he smiled lowering his head to hold his tie to make sure it was right. Jack stopped fixing it and started to crack up realizing he looked gay. "shut up" Jack said light punching Daniels arm with a smile. After the little scene was over they all looked up at Henley standing there and said nothing. Merit started it then Daniel looked up at him then saw him staring at her so he looked over and Jack did it to be funny. By now Jack was trying not to laugh.

They waited a while it was still quiet then Daniel finally spoke. "Okay now that we've all had a long look at her lets decide who's driving" e was being sarcastic in a normal kind of way but managed to make the other two laugh again. "Since I had to pick Jack up.." he stopped liking up from his suit cleaning as Jack interrupted him. "What's so bad with me?" he sneered a little to himself then went back to fixing his tie, making sure his shoes were shinny, stuff like that. "Nothing its just gas. So I say Merit dries" he looked up glaring as Jack called shot gun. Daniel spent a couple 15 minuets debating but finally Merit helped him and now he was stuck to sit in the back as long as his legs are to sit with Henley. the back is always hot and I am older than you so I am bigger" he rejected one last time. Soon they were walking out of the door ready to sit in the back.

Henley laughed when they all looked, and Daniel made a comment. She listened to their debate on who would drive, and winced when she heard the answer. An hour-long drive sitting next to Danny? Sure, she did that all the time, but being in the front was different. At least then he was focused on driving. She heard him protesting and wondered if he was thinking along the same lines. She sighed, walking out last as they paraded down to the elevator. When they reached the parking lot, she looked around. The rain was long gone, and the sky was just fading to dusk.

Daniel opened the door sitting down on his side not having to open the door for Henley because Jack did. The rest is boring so were just gonna skip to where they are entering the building. Daniel argued with her the whole time while the other two stayed quiet. She called him bossy and sensitive. Which both of those drive him insane and then not meaning too he called her fat. Now Daniel is walking into the building opening the door and not even holding it for her. He said hi to several people and made it past the crowd of people waiting for them.

Soon he found his way with the other three backstage and discussing lines with Jack and Merit purposely being a jerk and excluding Henley. He talked about how they would make 1000 of the same dollar bill. They would take a random person in the stands dollar show everyone the serial number and make 1000 more of those dollars shoot through the building vents. Secretly Daniel had a dollar bill shoved up in his sleeve to switch with the serial number they had prepared for. Then he would do the bubble skit with Henley again while Jack and Merit did this time a soccer challenge.

steeming mad, Henley stalked past Daniel without a glance. She knew she should be paying attention, but she was trying to calm her thoughts. She leaned against the far wall, listening to the crowds cheer. She breathed slowly. She was just calming down when she felt a tap on hr shoulder. Some guy from security stood there. He began to talk, and she realized he was hitting on her. An idea struck her.Time to play the jealousy card. She put on a pretty smile, batting her eyes. She spewed out some flirty gibberish and watched as Daniel looked up.
